The location was central. We walked to the Seminyak mall and market. The breakfast and BBQ night on Saturday was so good. I loved it.

I really enjoyed my stay at Kailash Suites by Pramana Villas. The pool was very nice and great for relaxing. The staff were super friendly and always helpful. I would definitely recommend this place!

Local breakfast options were awesome, but there are some cute cafes walking distance if you want something different. The hotel is out of the way and very cosy, but you need to take a scooted or get a car to go anywhere apart from close by.

There was some construction happening, and staff were very apologetic, however there was a little noise throughout the days.

This is a beautiful escape from the hustle and bustle of central Ubud. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the room was gorgeous. I enjoyed the hot shower and found the shower products provided really hydrated my skin and curly hair. The food was good and the on-site masseuse too. The staff are delightful and so lovely. I would recommend staying here if you are looking for an escape as it is a little out of the way of the town, but you will experience peace and relaxation here.

I really liked it here but there were a couple of things that could be introduced. Firstly, maybe more on-site activities aside from massages only. Secondly, I ordered food to the room but then this was only collected when I ordered food to the room again/during the daily room cleaning.

The staff is beyond great.. They're the sweetest and most helpful you can ever meet.. They made our stay special Lizards and roaches scare the hell out of me but that's a problem all over ubud area and the staff was extremely helpful about it

I liked the location as it was overall quiet around as I came from Canggu and really needed some peace and quiet. Also the pool and the garden were both enjoyable. The staff kept an eye on me and I felt good during my time there. In walking distance there is one waterfall to visit.

The breakfast was not good. Only cereal and fruit were acceptable for me. Decided to order from outside breakfast for most of the mornings. Also there were some renovation work happening in rooms every day I was there and the noise was a bit disturbing.

They have beautiful rooms, with a nice view of the swimming pool. The massage from the SPA was spot on.

The bathroom was smelly and looks like it’s something guests always complain about with no improvements. The place could be too quiet at night and you can get bored if you have no plans.

Staff are very nice

The toilets its so miserable , towels are dirty.

Excellent spread and copious amounts of flapjacks or scrambled egg with the option of an Indonesian style breakfast.

Free flow coffee and tea would be an improvement but otherwise it was great

The staff were amazing . Friendly , courteous and so accommodating and attentive .

Just the construction next door which got us up early every morning however that was out of the Villas control other than perhaps not making available the room closest to the construction which is where we were .

Cons (Minor Observations):•Location: The property is a bit far from Ubud center, and the distance is further compounded by traffic, which can make travel times feel even longer.•Bathroom Maintenance: The bathroom could use some attention to detail; for instance, the soap pump wasn’t functioning properly. (However, I’m confident the staff would have resolved it quickly if I had requested a change.)•Limited Dining Options: Though the food was excellent, having more variety on the menu would enhance the dining experience.

Breakfast was not enjoyable and dinner was average. However when I requested chicken soup for my daughter as we all had samonella poisoning staff were very obliging and helpful… appreciated very much.

Not within walking distance to anywhere and had to use taxi to get everywhere. Did not enjoy the continental breakfast at all. Dinner was average. The setting is lovely if you just want to sit around and do nothing. Staff were friendly and very accomodating and helpful which made the difference. However could not recommend as too far away from everything.
