Loved being in the heart of eating and coffee venues and a VERY short walk to beach.Rooms have everything in terms of electric outlets, hairdryer, lots towels, good lighting and tea making (etc).The most generous and delicious of "breakfast included" in Bali

The pool water was cloudy and therefore unsafe for swimming.Pool chairs and surrounds dirtyThe security box in room worked but wasn't bolted down.. easy to carry away!

Set in a beautiful garden, property was clean and the staff exceptional!. The food was really good, the best breakfast, oh my gosh that dragonfruit and the pineapple jam…… just dreamy. There is also a special little kitty called Bala, give her a cuddle if you get a chance. The staff made our stay so much fun and couldn’t do enough for us. We will definitely come back. Thank you all xxx

Location is good, just crossing the road you’ll find the beach, Close to restaurants and shops, the staff is very kind and always offering a good service.

- The breakfast was great.- The staff was quite good.- They seem to be putting some effort into sustainability (water dispensers in the rooms, metal straws for juices, etc).

- The doors are strange and due to the way they close small insects can enter freely.- The AC initially didn't work - it was fixed eventually, but I got under the impression that they noticed it during check in, but waited for us to report it to do anything.- Not a big complain, but I will note that the pool was really small.- Not that much connected to the hotel, but stray dogs could be a bit scary at times (especially when they have ugly big wounds...)

The room at the back of the property was nice. Good bedding and bathroom. Breakfast was good. Staff helpful. Next to the best cafe in town (Rimba)

The property is on the main road so there is too much road noise for my liking but that’s a common problem in this area of Amed.

The people who work there are super nice, the location is perfect and the houses and garden are really beautiful. My room was really nice with a nice balcony.

The rooms are a bit simple. I don’t need a tv but it would be good to mention that you can’t manage the temperature of the shower yourself.

Very comfortable bed, towels were changed whenever we requested and they provided towels for beach and also pool use. Breakfast was véry generous. Pool was clean.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable, with a nice terrace (with chairs and a sun bed; which was really comfortable).. They cleaned the room everyday if you wanted to. Breakfast was good with delicious fresh fruit juice.Location was perfect; within walking distance of restaurants and a quite large supermarket. We rented scooters and the price was very reasonable. The area is lovely to drive around.WI-FI worked very well.We loved the cat?

The bungalows are situated in a lovely garden, however there is.a bit lack of privacy as the bungalows are situated that you look at each others terrace. It didn’t really bother us, but we didn’t realise this upfront.

We were looking for a quiet place in Amed with pool and garden and found ourselves in the middle of a construction side. They currently rent out like three rooms and the rest is under construction: loud noise all day long, tools and materials everywhere. Garden and pool impossible to use. We left after one night and had to search for a new hotel. So stressful.

Beautiful location. Grounds and rooms were very well kept. Breakfast was lovely. Staff couldn’t be more helpful and accommodating. Thank you for everything.

Everything. Big spacious room, giant bathroom, modern amenities. Comfortable bed with blanket and several pillows. Entire water cooler in the room so we didn’t buy bottled water our entire time here. Nice pool with loungers. Private deck outside our room with lounger, table and chairs. Free breakfast was awesome coffee/tea/juice/fresh fruit plus a main course. banana pancakes was our favorite- breakfast can be ordered to the room each morning. Super friendly and helpful staff helped us to arrange a day tour with ease. We were supposed to stay one night and then move on, but ended up staying here for 4 nights until we absolutely had to get to the airport. Close to the beach (they will tell you where to find the small entrance across the street which makes the beach a 1 minute walk away) close to restaurants and a small grocery store. I think it is the best quality:price hotel we have ever booked.

I personally liked them, as I am an early morning person, but if someone is a light sleeper the roosters next door may be an issue.

Literally an oasis in Amed, the pool is beautiful and villa was so comfortable and clean with water available and a lovely balcony to sit in the evenings with an overhead fan. The bathroom was probably the best we've had in Bali. The breakfast was great with lots of options and served by friendly staff. You are within reaching distance of the beach, many good warungs and shops. Amed is a lovely place with a slow pace of life. When we were there there was ongoing construction 9am - 5pm. The manager was very honest about the situation and we could have checked out if we wanted. As we were due to be out all day snorkelling etc this didn't bother us too much as we were only there 2 nights. If you're coming for longer to relax you might want to message ahead to check if construction is finished yet. The bonus is when the work is complete the villas will be even more beautiful, we were lucky to stay in a finished one. We can't wait to come back 1 day and stay again. They have an ice cream shop on site also!Recommend taking Amed Balinese cooking class at Susie's cafe nearby.

Our stay in Amed was great. Location good with restaurants walking distance as was supermarket.

The breakfast was great, the rooms were a good size, same with the washrooms. The pool was awesome. And the staff were so helpful. I left my charger and adaptor behind and they found a way to get it to me and I was so grateful for that.

I wish there were dinner options at the hotel but everything was great

Great location, beautiful surroundings, the garden and the pool were very calming. The breakfast was exceptionally good with many choices. The staff were very friendly and kind. They do everything to make guests feel welcome and comfortable.

Very relaxing environment, close to lots of restaurants but it’s own little sanctuary.

Construction noise some days.

The location is very good. The staff is very welcoming, friendly and polite. The courtyard has many trees and plants and the swimming pool is great as well. The rooms were clean and comfortable with enough privacy.

Nothing bad

Great location, super nice staff, clean. They rent scooters, snorchelling gear. Very nice breakfast. We did not like the first room and they exchanged it with no problem. Thanks!

Room was big and clean, but it lacked storage space, just a tiny wardrobe with no racks though. Another issue for us was that there was no cold water in the shower. That is why we give 9/10.

Very friendly staff, great location away from the noisy road. The rooms were very clean and the pool pleasant. The breakfast is included and generous.
