The restaurant and breakfast was nice.

The area was a bit loud and chaotic.

Arrived late at night fo overnight stay - staff were there to greet.

Excellent location for when you’re diving as the school is at the same location. The setting and style of the hotel is a bit colonial which is nice. The staff is really super friendly.

It is not a large premise, so street noise can be heard sometimes in the room.

Everything was nice, clean, and its like a heaven in Padang Bai.

Spa needs improvement. You can have better massages around.

The property was clean and comfortable and the team were friendly and welcoming.

Not the property’s fault but it was so noisy all night, local restaurants playing very loud music until the early hours, and then some kind of marching band at 4am.

It was great for the purpose we needed - stayed the night so that we could take ferry to Gili Air the next morning. Dinner and breakfast was quite good. The vibe of the dinner area was great, staff were very nice.

There were so many mosquitoes! I got bitten a lot at dinner which is understandable as outdoor (though perhaps could be avoided if there was incense or other things to repel them, or if exterminator were to come more often). Also there were at least 3 in the room throughout the night so that I had to sleep with mosquito repellent cream on my face.

Room was smelly. Location was perfect.

To anyone considering to take the smaller boat from Padangbai to the islands - don’t do it. Right opposite of the hotel there’s ticket vendors and they made us believe that it’s better to take a smaller boat. The boat ride was a night mare. Too many people were cramped up in a small space, then with stormy waters people started vomiting. NIGHTMARE

Location and its colonial appearance weee great.Good family room and bathroom.

Bottles water would have been more convenient

The property was super clean, great value for money and beautiful staff.. location was perfect for a quick stay before jumping on a boat over to the Gili islands..

Location right next to the port, we stayed for 1 night before getting the Gilli Ferry. Food in restaurant was great. Good price.

It was perfect location for a night before getting the ferry.Very helpful friendly staff. Food was good the pool was a very lovey chill area nice for an early morning dip.

Unfortunately it was more the surrounding area isn’t that nice. But that’s not the hotel.

The common areas are great. The swimming pools and the restaurant really make you feel on holiday.

There's too much light from outside coming through the blinds. The AC is noisy, and it throws the cool air on the bed. Luckily, it is quite a place, but you can hear everything that is going on outside.

Staff is amazing pool area is just stunning! Stayed only one night as my hostel was hard to reach in Padang Bai while there was storms and heavy rain - happy that I spent the extra money to stay here!The restaurant has really nice local food and the best draft beer I had in Bali so far!

I could hear the staff and other guests talking at night in Room 105. But that was it, sheltered from the wind and rain I could sleep well ?

Location next to fast boat harbour perfect. It's an oasis of prettiness in the slightest ghtlu tatty chaos that is Padangbai. Lovely staff. Excellent AC.

Room could have been cleaner. There were bits of paper and a plaster c bottle under the bed. But overall it is really zmwell maintained.

We chose the property as it was close to the fast boat dock and we were heading to and from Gili Trawangan.

The rooms were dank and musty. It smells like there’s mould in the walls. Staff clearly know about this issue as they’ve put air freshener diffusers in the rooms. The rooms are also full of insects, as the staff leave the rooms open to air them when guests leave. We stayed in 2 different rooms and both were the same.

We loved the comfort and the cool of the room. The food was amazing—we had our lunches, breakfast and dinner there. We were able to communicate with the hotel days prior to our arrival and our pre-arrival. We arrived early and still they had the room ready and booked us in. The Staff and Reception were friendly, accommodating, and helpful. We highly recommend the resort.

We did not stay long enough to take advantage of their diving/scuba/tour services. We wished we could have stayed longer—we were in transition to our way to the Gillis. We are definitely coming back and staying longer. The resort and the village are worth it.

Pool was ok

Pictures look a lot nicer than it is. Found hairs in bed and bathrooms. Very hot stuffy room. Can't charge anything when you leave as power turns off when leaving room. Not many shops or pharmacies nearby. We booked 3 nights and left after the 1st night. Very expensive for what you get, compared to other places. Wouldn't personally recommend, probably fine for a night if going to the Gili islands.
