Palm Garden Amed Beach & Spa Resort Bali

Resort was on the beach with pretty gardens and good food.

Room was very small and no comfortable chairs or sun lounge on our terrace. Also very noisy as road was so close.

Quiet relaxing hotel, beatiful grounds, great pool, beautiful staff

I had dinner and food poison !!! I was thick all night .

The staff were very friendly.Beautiful coral reef right in front of hotel perfect for snorkelling.Room clean and comfortable.Good massages in the hotel.Food was great.

Clean rooms and food. Absolutely pristine gardens and facilities. On site activities and massage which were reasonably priced. Staff was exceptional, knowledgeable and reactive. They also clearly explained the comings and goings of the hotel and surroundings.

I did an emergency laundry and it cost me a whopping $124. While I expect to pay inflated prices at hotels for this service, this felt a little exorbitant. The staff did show me the price list and mentioned there was a per kilo laundromat next door, but given it was a 2 day layover, I knowingly and willingly paid but just a side note for travellers, just avoid this service. All other activities were however very reasonably priced. It’s also a couples only resort (no kids below 13) so do check prior to booking. Staff very nicely made an exception for my 7yo but it’s by no means a kids friendly place and is advertised as that.

Lovely clean room, nice pool with the room.

Outdoor toilet full of mosquitoes. Noisy neighbours upstairs. Beach is dirty and not able to be used in any way due to that and absolutely crammed with fishing boats. Very rushed feeling on check out day with the cleaner, literally, sat on the step outside waiting for us to go so he could come in!!

- Overpriced spa price- Unfair treatment about extra breakfast. I paid for 4 persons package and initially only came 3 of us. However having an extra friend for breakfast was still treated as extra to pay for breakfast. And the breakfast price was not charged as bundle (but a la carte item per item, without clear explanation). So we ended up paying over 272K for just an extra person breakfast. I think it’s unfair.

Bali at its best. Lovely villa located in stunning colourful gardens next to the beach. The beach has an amazing coral garden with fantastic tropical fish to see when snorkelling. The restaurant serves a wide range of tasty fresh dishes and drinks including lots of cocktails, wine and spirits. We are enjoying our stay so much we have extended by two nights. All the staff are friendly and helpful and the spa massages are devine. Very relaxing.

Outstanding Location in Amed. Almost Perfect. Spacious Rooms. Great Bathroom. Nice Pool Area. Reef in front of the Hotel.Great Stuff, Great Service. Some Restaurants in Walking Distance. Hotel can arrange various daytrips by car, boat.Scooterrental on Site.Food and Beverage are priced very fair. Perfect place for relaxing.

No Mosquito Net for the Bed.

The property and staff were fantastic. We were so well taken care of.

You do get used to the roosters. We were given ear plugs and we used them the first night but got used to them the rest of the week. I miss hearing them now that we are home.

Lovely rooms and the pool and in-house facilities where simple but beautifully decorated; the staff is super nice.

The beachfront is partially true. The Beach is public and all the boats park there, so you can never actually enjoy the beach there; they don’t even offer sun-beds (it’s more a beach parking lot)

Stunning place, incredibly well kept and very clean. The staff is superb, everyone was extra kind and went the extra mile. We depart at 4 in the morning and they provide us with a breakfast box in advance. The food at the restaurant is impressive, seriously good.

If sensitive with noise could be good not to be close to the room toward the street.

The location is awesome …. Feels like paradise. We had a nice cottage, the best thing was the outside bath which was breathtaking.

That we only stayed for one night

Lovely property right on the beach.The gardens and setting were very well manicured and cared for. We had the second storey room overlooking the ocean. Lovely waking up to the sunrise over the ocean

Roosters next door had us awake at 4.30 am

I loved this everything about this hotel. It was a little bit of luxury. Our room was spacious and beautiful with a view of the jukungs on the beach. Just fab! The grounds are immaculately kept. It was just very serene. The breakfasts were generous and the staff were lovely.

Everything was good.

We loved th accommodation, we love food but it does not come up to standard vry disappointing . We ventured out to many other restaurants which had great food and half the price don’t mind paying extra money as long as food is worth it.

The food needs to be a lot better it does not match the beautiful accommodation and staff need to interact more.

Breakfast was ok.Beach was as it was written : commun Beach, full of fishermans boat. No Problem for me.Snorkeling was better as in Lipah snorkeling place!

Breakfast was lovely and the gardens were beautifully maintained.

Lack of water pressure and no hot water in the upstairs room.
