We loved the location and the rooms.The pool and pool area was fantastic.The staff were incredible and the food was delicious.We had a fantastic time and will definitely be back.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐This was an outstanding Hotel nice walk to the beach ,Comfortable beds clean well though out rooms nice décor well kept property We made sure to eat most of our meals at the hotel restaurant because it was hands down the best restaurant in all of Bali !!!! The staff were exceptionally polite kind andWell vibed ..so much so we extended our stay three times For such a reasonable price this is amazing!!!!

It is peaceful. The pool is nice and clean. The restaurant is good and prices are reasonable.

In room 3 there are wood borers in the bathroom door frame, so there is a constant pile of sawdust in the doorway. There is not much shade for the pool chairs.

Large space in the villa to accomodate all our 4 family members. The hosts did their best to help with various tips. We really enjoyed the breakfasts - they were amazing. We asked for 1hr and a half late checkout and this was accepted - big thanks for it! During a heavy rain - we noticed some drops in the roof - the host quickly intervened and addressed the issue. The facility is located in a quiet and authentic area.

Grab is not available in the area. Consider downloading the Gojek app or using a local taxi, though the latter may cost slightly more than app-based rides.Adding shampoo in the bathrooms would be a nice touch, as would additional shelves for clothing to improve storage convenience.

The staff were fantastic, great warm friendly atmosphere.

The location is great for adults as it's quiet , but maybe too quiet for teens, that's no fault of the residence.

Pantai Balian is Bali as it used to be 40 years ago - a surfie haven Istana Balian Hotel is just awesome - quiet, comfortable & would recommend it to my family & friends - staff were awesome, food was good & reasonably cheap- the pool is soooo goodAn awesome place to relax xxxx

Location was beautiful. Meals were amazing, fresh and delicious. The rooms are very spacious with awesome views of the beach, ideal for our family. Had all the immenities - pool area was my go to place every morning. If you want to relax and enjoy some serenity - this private oasis is the place for you. Access to Netflix, prime channels etc were an added bonus for our teen. Highly recommend this accommodation.

Spacious garden room and very quiet and clean. The aircon was good and a smart TV was a bonus. It was fine for our two night stay. Staff were friendly

The pool isn’t really inviting to sit by or swim. The garden room and little natural light.

One of the best value/money stays in Balian. Very good on site restaurant.

If you travel with cash, keep in mind it's no money changers in Balian.

Love everything about this place very clean close walk to the beach, and staff were so nice would recommend this place in a heart beat good value for money. Double beef burger was on point ? definitely would come back. Good for families and can't go wrong with the sunrise view from your balcony. Thank you balian!! Ivy, James and kids

Amazing staff, beautiful food, spacious, clean and comfortable rooms all within a short walk to the surf break, yoga shala and others. The gardens are so lovely and the pool is a nice spot to relax. Thank you Komang and staff once again for a wonderful stay and for the best blueberry cheesecake ever!!

I was really hoping for a room with a bath for back pain management. Although pictured in the photos, Turns out only one of the rooms has a bath. Not the one we had booked.
