Grand Singaraja Beach Hotel

Comfortable stay easy to find everything with warm hospitality from all staff, stayed here many time and sure will back again

Muslim call to prayer is right next door so don't plan to sleep beyond 5am

If you are thinking of not staying here because you have read comments that criticize the hotel, you might be making a big mistake. For what you get, the price is low. The service and cleanliness are fine. The internet works great in your room. The restaurant's prices are street-price low, and the food's clean and tasty. You're near the central T junction of the city here. This is the only hotel that has such a central location. You can get anywhere quickly. The traffic's not crazy like in southern Bali. There are almost 20 food vendors and restaurants nearby. The hotel's set in from on the road and it's on the beach. It's quiet and the staff is big. They're helpful and polite. The rooms aren't tiny, they are medium size. If you choose a sea view room - my room was on the 6th floor, the room feels bigger because you look at the sea. The swimming pool is large. I stayed an additional week because I used Singaraja Hotel as a base from which to explore sights in northern Bali and in the mountains.

Nothing to criticize.

There is good hot water in the shower. Located right on the beach and close to other restaurants and some shops. The restaurant is good and they catered very well for a birthday dinner we celebrated there.

The combination shampoo / soap wasn’t that good.Sheets and pillow cases were marked - not dirty, just marks that can’t wash off.

The room was stinking a lot and there was no ventilation. No options to open the windows. The breakfast was not nice and fresh.

Good location, value for money, WiFi soeed is excellent (super stable) and staff was amazing.

They need to seriously look into the cleanliness.

Should have had transparent pricing for activities in the hotel . For example ; the price for dolphin seeing was different than what was communicated .

Rooms were average but passable and location was good - just be prepared to be woken up early for the pre-dawn call to prayer from the mosque

Quite a poor experience. This used to be a great hotel, but now is very average and mostly used for student accomodation. A very lacking breakfast, highly unprofessional massage service (two girls for my partner and I and they where laughing and talking to eachother throughout). Was going to stay for 2 nights, but left after 1.

i liked the ocean view.

the room was not prepared, no toilet paper , and towels are broken/ old.linen had spots, maybe old.reception guy first night with long hair was kinda grumpy.Also very weird that need to pay deposit for key which i never heard in any hotel. after heavy rain the room was leaking from the top. i stayed on the 6th floor, they should fix it.

Its location in a very strategic corner of the city is one of the reason I always chose this hotel

Value for the money. Location also good.

Some parts of the hotel feels a bit worn out. But at the rate it is totally acceptable.

Good location, so we can go around the area by walking distance, near to mini market and some traditional food. Affordable price.

I stay at room 303, air condition need to be repaired. Breakfast taste need to upgrade

Not clean enough and they let many peoples drunk until 1am with big noisy talking

AC was not good seems we turn on its take long time being cold need tO fix it soon

With this range of price they actually offer a good value for money. The room is decent. TV cable with some good channels. AC needs to be repaired but still cool enough to make us comfortable. Water pressure is perfect. Hot shower is superb. Amenities are complete. Wifi is quite strong. Staffs are helpful and polite.

I think the quality is a bit less than what it used to be when they operated under the different name. I will just write what bother me: the handprints on the window glass and the indicator of hot and cold water at the bathroom faucet is reverse.
