We didn't have breakfast at the restaurant, we ate lunch and dinner at the sports bar and the food was amazing! The pool area was incredible and the gardens were so beautful!

Nothing, everything was amazing from the moment we checked in until we left. Next visit we will stay longer.

Everything was great. The restaurant at the beach was very good. Cultural dance during dinner was very engaging and beautiful. The room was spacious with all the facilities.

Good location, hotel clean n tidy, staffs are friendly and helpful including the training persons, the communication officer is so promptly replying our question and helpful, we booked the spa for massage and is also very good. I notice that they do have some activities for quest ie basic yoga, rindik and decorate canang practice etc so it is pleasant for long time stay as well, you can also enjoy beautiful sunset, good food and live music at their sunset bar. They can also help to arrange dolphin watching tour, either in sharing or private boat charter

I don't think I have enough words or time in the world to rate a place so well organized than The Lovina! Check in amazing..they remembered us from a visit three years ago and were so welcoming. They welcomed us like family and that is what I call HOSPITALITY! The room was beautiful and had our own little pool. The interior was well laid out and the staff who cleaned it everyday just did little things to make it special everyday. The pool and beach bar was lovely though I would l0ve a couple more beer choices to be honest! The dining on the beach was amazing and the service was awesome . The servers made sure to know our names and welcomed us for breakfast and dinner like they had known us for years. Shout to I think her name was Nevan or something close to that...would hire her in NYC as she knows what service is. Food tasted great with plenty of choices.To be honest it was sad to say goodbye to this gem in Lovina but I will be definitely be back. Hope they keep the fair pricing because this place is only going to get busier!!!!

A beautiful location with beautiful and kind staff. Everything you could want in a resort - the pools are so refreshing and the food and spa treatments were delicious ?

Was gonna be a very nice holiday until i left the hotel and found out i forgot my facial cream in the room i stayed. Contacted the hotel right away then they just gave me very unbelievable excuses that they triple checked and couldn’t found it. It’s new and cant be bought in Indonesia.

Love it every time

The only thing i could fault is that the beach had a bit of rubbish and would be nice to be cleaned.They swept around where you sit but the rubbish was in the water and waterline.

The perfect location paired with an excellent, friendly, and attentive staff. I highly recommend a stay at The Lovina.

Super convenient for unwinding and relaxing. Really helpful with transfers and check in when our flight got delayed 3 times into the early hours. Good food and drink options, quality and service for me and my child. Staff all really helpful, kind and fun with my little boy.

The tranquility, the exceptional staff very attentive. The room upgrade was much appreciated and lovely ( it was our honeymoon) the food dinner and breakfast was lovely. we were even taught how to speak Bahasa by one of the lovely ladies at dinner. Thank you for making our stay so good

The aircon was not great in our room E14 and we had to park our scooter in the sun not where all the other scooters were.

The servers are nice. The people were always so happy and helpful and giving and genuine. The lobby staff were not as amazing. Several of the lobby staff were not understanding of helping the customer and providing service. The food staff and maintenance and gardeners were all so happy - everyone is so happy, so helpful - but lobby "management" and check-in and concierge needs improvement

Several things. I booked a visit to Lovina as my Ubud hotel suggested I see the dolphins. So I found a boat on Viator, then booked a driver to drive me the 3 hour commute down from Ubud and then the hotel. When I arrived to the hotel for checkin I mentioned early morning I was going to the dolphins and check in girl was upset I did not book with the hotel. I asked if I could have a beach towel to bring and she refused. She said if I had booked with her I could have a towel and water but since I didn't. Was very disciplinary and rude. I asked if I can use a room towel - no it's against the policy. I said can I sign a piece of paper that if I dont return the towel you can charge me $20 USD ( more then the tour cost) she refused. Quite rude after I had just paid $100's of dollars to stay in a room solo while many of the rooms are shared by 2-4 people. I also asked the concierge to help me set up a waterfall tour. He did not inform me that it was a 3 hour hike, through the jungle with a slippery and slightly dangerous route and he told me 2-3x I did not need a guide but online it says a guide is heavily suggested

The friendliness of The Lovina’s staff and the price of the massage/spa offered in the resort.

The 2 bedroom villa is not suitable for family with kids as there was a lack of privacy as there were no doors separating the toilets/shower areas from the bedroom. As a result, the main sliding door of the bedroom had to be locked and the curtains had to be drawn before anyone wants to shower. The bedsheets were dirty, and there were lots of ants in the villa. Part of the reason I booked the villa was for the private swimming pool, however the pool looked like it has not been cleaned or maintained for some time as the water was dirty. As a result, no one from the family went into the pool during our 2 nights stay at The Lovina.

Staff were fantastic, especially with our toddler. The minute we arrived to check in, a member of staff took her to see the turtles and entertained her while we were getting things sorted. The room was comfortable and very clean and I really liked the water stations around the hotel. The shuttle buggy is a great idea too. We had some nice food at the sunset bar. Overall, great value for money.
