Legong Keraton Beach Hotel

Location was awesome. Quite cosy hotel with lovely gardens.

Could have had more English than channels. Pool bar was not attended.

It's right next to Finn's Beach Club! And on the ocean so you can fall asleep to the sound of the waves.

Rooms size and beach front location is just amazing.

The worst bed ever! I couldn’t sleep most of the nights.

I really enjoyed my stay — the location is exceptional, just steps from the ocean with beautiful views every day. However, the hotel is sandwiched between two party spots, so my first room on the third floor (great view!) was quite noisy and I didn’t sleep well the first night.One big plus: there were plenty of outlets in the room, which made charging devices super convenient.I wish I had asked to move earlier, because once the staff relocated me to a quieter room (#20), I finally had an amazing night’s sleep. The mattress there was perfect.Breakfast was great, the pool is large and relaxing, and the staff were truly wonderful — attentive, friendly, and quick to help. Despite the initial noise issue, I would definitely come back.

The rooms I stayed in were older and could use some remodeling, but I know the hotel also offers newer rooms at a higher price point. My small suggestion would be to add blackout drapes on the doors — that would really improve sleep quality.

The location was the best, on the beach, close to some beach clubs, good restaurants close by.

Everything was great, I stayed in 2 different rooms so one room was very basic compared to the other but I think they are refurbishing the old rooms so not sure about that.

That Finn’s music went past midnight every night. Bits of mold in the bathroom shower.

Excellent beachfront location; facilities were amazing. Had a massage and the Spa staff were more than accommodating and professional. Hospitality was exceptional. Breakfast was lovely and plentiful.

Next door to Finns so listening to the same music on a daily loop from 3pm until late was irritating however it did not keep us awake at all!

The rubbish on the beach and the water as soon as it rains.

Only that for the breakfast is not open buffet, it is by menu order and each person in the room can order one dish!

PERFECT location! Steps from the beach and you can hear the ocean from the rooms. You get to experience Cenggu without getting sucked into the absolute chaos of being further inland. If you're into the day clubs, this location is prime. If you're not into clubs, the noise stops each night around 11pm, so don't be deterred by the proximity to Finns.The breakfast is fantastic and the staff is incredibly friendly and very accommodating.

Slight sewage smell came from the water in the showers (I think related to the water heaters). We let showers run for about 2-3 mins before getting in each day.

Location was excellent. This hotel is directly across the street from the world famous Finn beach club. I could hear the music at night and see the flashing lights on the tall palm trees. Room 35. I was on the 3rd floor. This hotel does not have an elevator. So you need to request a 1st floor room if you want or need a lower floor. Breakfast was great and came with the room. Great hotel, great stay, great location. I would stay again.

The mattress in my room 35 was hard and uncomfortable. The pillows were very flat.The hotel does not have an elevator, so if you need a 1st floor room you must send a request ,/ communication to the hotel. You will not be on a 1st room unless you ask for a 1st room.

The staff are very pleasant and helpful!

Standard rooms are very basic. The bathroom is the worst part. The tiles are broken and the toilet is stained. I moved to the double deluxe room and the bathroom is better. The rooms need to be cleaned better. Also a strong disinfectant needs to be used to sanitize since people get Bali belly.

- a lot Mold and dirty walls, bad smell- all doors are with big gaps, thats why a lot mosquitoes are always inside the room- no real light curtain - Loud music day and night from left and right party locations, which gets mixed and annoys even more- sun lounger full of bird shit

We were really looking forward to our stay here, but unfortunately, it was completely ruined by extremely loud noise coming from a neighboring property. To be clear – the noise is not from Finns Beach Club, which is located across the street and was surprisingly well-managed and not disruptive at all.The issue is with a private property right next to the hotel, on the left-hand corner if you’re facing the hotel. They played deafening music and even set off fireworks until 2 a.m. – it was impossible to sleep. The noise was so intense, it felt like it was coming through the walls.We tried to endure it, but after one sleepless night, we had no choice but to check out and find another hotel. It’s really unfortunate because the hotel itself seemed nice, but the noise from the neighboring property makes it unlivable at night.If you’re a light sleeper or looking for a peaceful stay, I would strongly advise against booking here until this issue is addressed. Again it’s not the hotel’s fault though.

Everyone definitely needs to know that from the mid afternoon to midnight every day you can hear the music from the beach club next door. It did not disturb us.
