- we arrived mid night no one from reception welcome us , only one guy show us the room never ask us for passport to check in or so, furthermore we enter our rooms a lot of insects we have to keep kill them, we couldn’t sleep. morning we ask for cancellation and refund they called us liar and we bring the insects from out side. food is very bad by the way.
