The ambience. Very peaceful and natural. The koi pond and the garden are the best place to see there.Also the foods are great. As most of the reviews say, you don’t have to worry about it. Especially at dinner, when most of the restaurants nearby are closed.Definitely will come back someday.Big thanks to the FOM, Mr. Diaz, and all of the Team to make our stay memorable.

Garden was beautiful. Layout was nice very much space

Bathroom was full off mold And there is road next door to the villa what midnight 2 am 3 am and 4 am cross with golf court next to the bedroom wake up us 3 times very annoying Rooms have no airco for 4 million a night you should expect at least in bedroom should have airco as it’s for western standard still very hot.

The Property location is very strategic, and cool climate. Overall facilities and customer services from Receptionist, Concierge, Room Service, Restaurant Manager, Waiters, Bell Boy and Buggy Driver are very friendly, responsive, and excellent beyond expectation. Thanks specifically to Ms. Nosa at Cemara Restaurant for her super hospitality, initiative and helpfulness.

Walkways from Room on the hill to restaurant near lobby are dark, especially when raining must be very careful.

Breakfast is a bit weird and not much of variety, but there are no other options around.Room is really small.

Sofa has a lot of dirty spots , it needs deep cleaning or changing . First day the towels was with light spots , and with hair , but they change it after we inform them. I think because of less customers in our days time , the breakfast was chosen from the menu it wasn’t buffet , and it took long time around 40 minutes for Omlet and sausage in spite we were alone there no other customers but next day it was faster after we inform them about the delay.There is some me mistakes in the restaurant , but generally the hotel is good and we liked the place and the people who work inside it .I recommend this hotel to stay , all what I mentioned , I think small points might be happened

Dusun Bedugul Asri is a beautiful place, easily accessible by car from Denpasar—about a 1.5-hour drive under normal traffic conditions. It’s well located near popular attractions such as Lake Bratan, Bali Botanical Garden, Bali Handara (great for golf lovers), and Bali Farm House, all within easy reach.They offer a wide selection of rooms, which are always clean and well-maintained. There’s also a playground and a small Seed of Life museum, both of which are great for children.One thing to note: booking can be a bit challenging, as the place is often fully booked, especially during holidays.Breakfast is average, but the restaurant menu is excellent, with plenty of tasty options to enjoy.Overall, Dusun Bedugul Asri is a wonderful choice for families looking to relax and explore the Bedugul area.

Could use a more comfy cushiony pillow. :)

A lot of attention and focus on preserving nature and promoting agriculture as the life blood of Indonesian heritage. There’s a mini vineyard, tea plantation, all sorts of fragrant flowers decorating the whole resort.

Walls are thin, should have better sound proofing between rooms and the staircase area at the garden deluxe area.

Location is good, restaurant at the hotel is awesome.

Very nice gardens and rooms, the staff was super nice, great restaurant. Loation is its also good, its quiet but still close to attractions.

staff was very friendly and helpful, place was clean, plants were well groomed, buggy was available but waiting can be a problem, The rooms in the villa are quite big,

Rooms of the hotel were small for the price (2.5 m wide), walls are thin and you can hear your neighbors, quite a distance and elevation from the lobby. Water is not clean. Villas didnt have a terrace to sit outside and distance between villas are too short.

Gorgeous hotel. Junior suite was beautiful. Gardens are lovely and everything was very clean and well maintained. Better than photos on their website.

Staff have basic English and need training to help guests.After being out all day our room hadnt been cleaned so we had no water either. I was met with blank looks at reception and was asked to talk into Google Translate ?. Bizarrely I was then asked if I had “requested”the room to be cleaned! I said don’t you do it every day and was then told yes!

The place is really nice, full of plants and nice views. There is this afternoon snack area where you can relax, have a drink and watch the coy fish on the lake. It also has a number of good spots for photos and a somewhat good restaurant with a really nice area as well.

The rooms are really tiny, the sink is next to the bed not in the bathroom, there is no hangers, no lockers, no space to move and it got really thin walls that you can hear the neighbors talking. To make matters worse we had very very rude and insensitive neighbors, playing really loud music 7:00 am in the morning, and with the thin walls we couldn’t even sleep. I think there might be some places around with the same views but maybe better rooms.

The rooms were large, in our room was a shower and a tub, both with warm water, staff was friendly

Included dinner means there is a limit of 150000 IDR, which isnt enough for the meals offered…. Means you always have to pay extra!We had termites and aints in the bathroom. We are not picky, but couldnt stay in the bathroom longer than a minute. They didnt even stop to climb on and into our toothbrushes.We also found hair on our bed (not ours, it was before we slept in it….)

It highly recommended for who wanna stay with family, every single spot is beautiful. The place is clean, comfy, and the grapes garden in front of our villa is my son favorites spot.For sure we will come next time

I prefer may put air conditioner, it was hot during the afternoon, and the phone is not working.

Facility in very good shape, seems almost brand new and well maintained. Spacious room and beautiful garden. Exceptionally friendly staff. Focus on local produce in the restaurant and sustainability. Tasty complimentary 5o’clock snack.

Completely surprised us. The online photos do not do it justice. Opened in April 23, educational concept and gardens, villas super clean and very modern. As a base to explore Bedugul excellent location. We used it as a base to climb Gunung Catur and visit Pura Pucak Mangu, the northern guardian temple.

Nothing to dislike

The hotel is located in the lake area and near hiking trails. Although Bali is generally hot, the temperature was pleasant, around 26 degrees with a breeze. The rooms are very comfortable, and the hotel's design and gardens are lovely.Our breakfast and dinner were included, and they offered us tasteful vegan options, albeit slightly small. The staff was friendly.

The hotel's concept is "from farm to table," as they have gardens with vegetable and herb crops. Unfortunately, the restaurant menu had very little of that. We asked for fruit at breakfast and were told there was none, which seemed incredible since fruit is abundant in Bali. The breakfast includes only one cup of coffee; you must pay extra for another cup.The rooms could be somewhat cleaner and were missing coffee; only tea was available.The location is far from the airport. We arrived there by taxi; depending on traffic, it takes at least 3 hours (or more) to get there from the airport.There was a bar but only soft drinks and no alcohol.This hotel has the price of a 5-star hotel but doesn't live up to that expectation.

we tried to fill the bath tub with hot water but the hot water seems to be not enough and switch to cold water. so in the end we couldn’t use the bath tub
