Mimpi Resort Tulamben, Dive & SPA

Hotel is beautiful - very calm and good location. The rooms are very comfortable and super clean. Bathroom is super beautiful.Pool area is absolutely beautiful and very comfortable. Diving was also quite good, equipment was in good condition.The staff in reception were always very nice and helpful.

The staff at the restaurant was sometimes not very nice - they tell you at reception that the breakfast is until 10:30am however if you arrive any later than 9:45 the staff will give you trouble saying that you can only order until 10am which was not mentioned at all. The dive master we had was great as just a guide, which we had no issue with but more novice divers be aware of this if you're looking for someone that might be a bit more mindful. We had a massage and while it was nice, it was not very good and a bit overpriced - prob wouldn't do it again.We only ate at the hotel restaurant and got Bali Bely that lasted for more than 4 days so proceed at your own risk...

Really great experience staying there. The staffs are so friendly. The view in the restaurant is stunning and the food is also good! Definitely recommend it!

Comfortable beds, great location, and nice restaurant on site. Be aware the restaurant serves wine and cocktails but no beer.

We absolutely loved our stay! We booked the Courtyard Villa with an ocean view, where we fell asleep to the soothing sound of the waves. The atmosphere was calm and peaceful, making it truly magical. Surprisingly, there were hardly any mosquitoes! The room was clean, comfortable, and ideal for relaxation. The entire staff was exceptional—very friendly and helpful. I truly appreciated the food; it was of high quality and tasted delicious! We enjoyed breakfast and dinner during our honeymoon celebration. The resort is conveniently located next to a dive site and is just steps away from the sea. Mimpi Resort made our honeymoon incredibly peaceful, and we cherished every moment spent there?

They have no bidet :(

Well located with snorkeling and dive sights out front. It was a peaceful, Balinese experience with good food, professional staff who made sure our stay was amazing and we could have stayed longer than only two nights.

They are not licensed. Didn’t matter to us but it may be an issue for some. The supermarkets are close if you want to byo and put in the room fridge ?

Everything! We checked in at 1.30 am and everyone was so helpful. The view is beautiful, both at the beach and Gunung Batur. The semi outdoor bathroom is fantastic, it dries out the wetsuit. On the check out day, I dropped my luggage lock to the pond and the staff helped me, especially PakDe who dipped his feet to find it. Can't thank you enough, Mimpi!

Traditional Balinese style villas with meandering garden. It’s by the sea and is breezy to seat out at night.

The meals are standard n not too bad. Could go with some improvement.

Quiet, pleasant staff, good food. Loved the pool/ beachfront area. While Tulamben is quiet, we stayed a week and didn’t tire of the food alternating between Mimpi’s and Slice & Brew.

A wonderful resort filled with plants, ponds and animals. So, don’t expect a sterile insect free environment- friendly millipedes in your shower, frogs hopping around the deck. Mosquitoes weren’t bad.

Seaside resort, far from crowd and super serene. They have in-house dive center with rxperienced dive master and also the have good spa. We love the service of the staff!

As we stay in villa with outdoor shower and little pond, it gets easily flooded at outdoor area as Bali is in rain season right now. A lot of insects also.

The location was excellent very close to the beach Spa and message was excellent ? Food was goodOverall enjoyed the stay at the hotel

Because of heavy ?️ previous we are not available to go for snorkeling and it is not fault of the hotel

We loved the location, staff couldn't do enough for you & made you feel welcome. food was delicious & good value for money. The diving teams were fantastic, had all the equipment you would require & the dive masters were very experienced & great to dive with.

The view, the pool and the room in general, with a private garden, beautiful bathroom and confortable beds.

The lundry proposed by the hotel is excessively expensive.

It is next to the beach and it has this amazing pool area next to restaurant . We enjoyed all our meals at sunset with cool breeze and lovely staff made our stay pleasant! And not to forget all the activities arranged by hotel itself.they have their own diving center with amazing guides ..

Nothing as such! But only thing i felt little uncomfortable that there were no indians around and they are not very much familiar with indian culture or food so if you are travelling from India you should think a little. First day i felt little out of place because you know how everybody thinks about Indians. Which made me little sad.. but staff was extra sweet and they made us feel home shortly!!

IT has been renovated and I like the food and resort. I have been coming since 2006

Breakfast was wonderful, the staff was very friendly and the beach had so many fish for snorkeling and diving right off the shore. the location was great--private but everything you need within walking distance. pool was deep and the grounds were well cared for

we stayed longer because we loved the place so much!! we ended up upgrading our room and it was worth the money to have a view mt aging and a private hut!
