Property is beautiful! I stayed only for 1 day so not much I can add.

Spotty wifi, but stuff was able to provide a little hot spot device to resolve a problem. Also, food was not to my liking. I hope they will improve their food quality, because the place it self is so beautiful.

this was one of the best hotel experiences in my life. we celebrated New Year there and it was just amazing. the hotel's design was stylish, and the fog made it really coolspecial shout out to the staff. they are truly amazing people. the kitchen was super delicious. we had breakfasts, lunch and dinner at the restaurant. everything was super tasty. the territory of the hotel is a unique experience. so ambient, so cosy, so calm. the room was comfy, even it was cold that night, we felt great. for those who's looking for a quite and peaceful place, for meditative and healing experiences - i sincerely recommend this place and we'll definitely come back here again!

The whole layout, look and feel of the room & resort was excellent both in the daylight and at night. The location and serenity matched the design layout beautifully. The complementary soft drinks and water were appreciated as was the special touch of the nightly turn down service, especially the hot water bottles ?.

More of an addition than a dislike. If the Koi pond in front of the bar area was expanded a little and turned into a "Hot Spring" for a relaxing dip late afternoon / early evening, it would have been perfect.

We spent two serene nights at Tira Vilagna and are very grateful for the flexibility of the property to reschedule our visit due to unforeseen circumstances.The location and the buildings are beautiful and very peaceful and the staff warmhearted and forthcoming.The rooms are very pretty and cozy, and the family room bigger than expected.Would stay here again for sure.

The only aspect that wasn't on par with the rest of the package was the quality of the breakfast.

Top notch service from the staff members! They were attentive and ensured all my needs were met. As it can get quite cold up in the mountains, the staff member provided me with a blanket while at the restaurant and they also tucked hot water bottles under the sheets for the night. When it got too hot, they offered to bring in a fan. One of the staff saw me getting annoyed at the flies while having a meal and brought in a fly fan repellant. The property surroundings are quiet and tranquil, perfect for those who are looking for a peaceful getaway surrounded by nature.

Limited public ride hailing service available. They provide taxi service at a fixed price which can be quite pricey if you’re only travelling 5 mins away

The service is definitely five-star. I go to Kintamani often, but I’ve never found a place as wonderful as this one. The space is stunning and spacious, and they have everything you could possibly need. The food is amazing, the staff are fantastic, and their attention to detail is truly impressive. It’s absolutely worth coming back again, and I highly recommend it! ✨???Thank you to the whole team!

The location is perfect in the middle of a forest, a little bit outside Kintamani. The facilities are amazing, our room was very spacious and the spa was really beautiful offering great massages. All staff was super friendly and helpful. Finally, the restaurant offered delicious dishes at very good prices, making it the ideal place for someone who would like to stay in and enjoy the hotel facilities and the nature around it.

The location was amazing. The food was fantastic. The staff were super friendly. It was refreshing to be in the cooler part of bali. The wood onside the rooms made it feel very nice and cosy. The couple of outside seating areas were magical to sit under with a hot cuppa and watch the rain and clouds roll in.

The beds were quite hard. They were a good size but very much filled the room.

I arrived to Tira Vilagna on the day Bali was hit by mayor cyclone (big storm) and was pleasantly surpriced by how well, these wooden houses isolate the stormy weather outside and inside remain being a cozy, peaceful oasis. So despite the strong wind and heavy rain I enjoyed my holiday, as I had a restorative sleep every night (thanks to the cooler temperature of Kintamani and nice hot water bottle provided by accomodation warming my feet), enjoyed the lovely meals in the restaurant and even got in some exercise, while walking up and down the stairs between my room and the restaurant. The rooms are also very spaceous, so there is no excuse, not to do your morning stretch or yoga session.

For anyone who wants to help their soul heal, this is the best place, a pearl in a quiet forest, thanks to all the staff working in this hotel, thanks to them because they are an integrated team and very proud of their work, the food is wonderful, the rooms are wonderful and special thanks to Mr. John, I will come back after a year to stay in this hotel again

I had the most wonderful stay at this hidden gem! The hotel offers a cozy and secluded retreat, perfect for anyone looking to escape the noise of daily life. Nestled in nature, the peaceful surroundings and quiet atmosphere made it the ideal place to unwind.The rooms were incredibly comfortable, thoughtfully designed to create a warm and inviting space. Waking up to the sounds of nature instead of city traffic was such a refreshing experience. The photos simply don’t do this place justice—the beauty and tranquility can only be fully appreciated in person.If you’re looking for a serene getaway, this is the place to be. I can’t wait to return!

For me the bed was hard.

The atmosphere is very peaceful and staff is kind. The accommodation is cosy and charming with a lot of space and a great view over the forest. Beds are comfortable and bathroom is nice. Very large balcony to read a book. The food is delicious !!!

You have to walk quite a lot to get through the full property so better to be aware of it. The spa could be improved a little bit.

The clean, crisp, cooler mountain air, peaceful forest, very comfortable rooms and the most kind and hospitable personal makes the stay always a very restfull and recharging experience.
