Beautiful spacious rooms overlooking the Valley. Wonderful Food and Service. The Hibachi Chef was great. We need to give a huge shout out to IwAn who went above and beyond for us as we left our passports and money in our room and he helped us retrieve them. Such an honest man. We can’t thank him enough. We would highly recommend this fantastic hotel

Everything is outdated. The room and the facility like pool etc. are not clean.In our floating villa we had hair hanging down from the stairs to the upper floor. The shower was very dirty, everywhere dust, dirt and rest of insects.For 250$ a night this is definitely not good! Look at other reviews, lot other people experienced similar problems

The staff members were so kind and helpful. They were able to schedule me same-day appts in the spa and the restaurant had yummy food and drinks.

The location had pros and cons. Pro: very quiet and peaceful, great for a recharge. Con: very long car ride to get there and nothing within walking distance.

Exceptional!This place is unique. Far away from the noisy and overcrowded parts of Bali n the mountains of Munduk, this is truly a hidden gem. Here you are surrounded by nature in a tranquil land. The night sky without light pollution is another nice thing about this place. Amazing experience, would recommend!

Unique location. Great views. Nice people. Excellent coffee (Munduk coffee is really wonderful). Very generous size and design of the "tree top" villa. Very helpful concierges, very friendly staff. Depressing restaurant (atmosphere), food preparation amateurish. Not bad, just disappointing. Maybe lacking dedication on the supervisor level. A stay of two nights is too short, five nights are maybe too long. Very nice massages at the spa with the best view ever. We got a great recommendation from the front desk staff regarding driver/tour guide. We spent two wonderful days with Wayan going to Sekumpul waterfalls, Tambligan lake, Jatiluwih, Batukun temple, Gianyar and finally Ubbud.

The restaurant is the weak point. Atmosphere like a tourist trap. Solution: Eat in your villa!

Location is along way away from everything Multi coloured neon lights everywhere at night. Turn these off and it makes the place so much more elegant

The floating villa rooms are exactly as they’re pictured, beautiful and fantastic views. We really enjoyed the waterfall walks close by

We ordered room service and were told to leave the plates outside the door afterwards for collection. These weren’t cleared until late in the day (after 12pm), which meant some animals overnight had picked / scattered some of the food.

Be ready to go a lot through the stairs. I like it. And I think it worth, but my son was tired sometimes. If you are going to use funicular railway, waiting may take long.

Basically, the only place you can find food at is their restaurant. Which is a bit overpriced and did not really taste good. But you don’t have any other option. No grocery around. We tried to see the view from the upper floor, but windows were so dusty, that made our attempts really useless. I would say we expected more for that price. Overall everything was a bit tired.

The accommodations were top-notch. The staff was very attentive and responsive to our every question and need. The complementary 15 minute massage was a nice touch. They even surprised us with flowers in the bathtub and a fun anniversary welcome.

There is nothing I didn’t like about the property, though it would be nice if they had a welcome folder in the room explaining the amenities such as how to use the coffee maker (you would think it was common sense…) and access to the restaurant menu.

Munduk Heaven Luxury Villas is like a true touch of paradise. Overlooking the most scenic mountain landscape, with an abundance of nature and offering peace and quiet, away from main city regions and hustle and bustle, this stay is truly one of a kind! When I arrived, I didn't know what to expect, but absolutely blown away by what this premises has to offer. From the original Bamboo and textures that make up the floating Villas and rooms, to the beautiful Spa, that offers a panoramic view of the landscape while getting a massage or taking a bath in their spa, you just can't get enough.The hotel manager, Fajar and staff were extremely hospitable and very attentive with their guests. You can dine in the hotel restaurant, which features a gorgeous infinity pool overlooking the mountains, and some seriously delicious food and drinks! If you can do it, definitely hire the Floating Villas, they are truly breathtaking and I was so amazed by their features and thoughtfulness when building this estate too! The lift going up and down adds an extra touch, but they have a pathway as well that you can take to see the surrounds and rest of the premises. They also offer a space that's perfect for meditation or even just getting your creative juices going! I was travelling solo so I hired the cabin Villas however after personally meeting with Fajar one night, he so kindly offered me an upgrade to the Floating Villa, which I felt like an absolute QUEEN in! The bed was super comfy, the upstairs features a tranquil meditation spot/additional bed which allows for 4 guests in the villa in total. The balcony is the perfect way to watch the sunrise in the morning and the sunset too! I could go on and on but it's just something you need to experience for yourself. Most people visit Munduk for the day to visit waterfalls etc but it's honestly worth staying and visiting the lakes below as well as the waterfalls and activities too like ATV.

Honestly, nothing even comes to mind. And I can't say that about a lot of places! Too hard to fault!

Its like living in the Clouds with nice , helpful & professional staff - especially Mr Iwan at the Reception - who look after all details to ease our stay and make it memorable. Hat offs to the Chef for his excellent food in the Restaurant.

The room was fantastic, with beautiful view of forest and sea in the distance. The atmosphere was calm and peaceful. And the staff were very nice and friendly.

The place is stunning and the staff welcoming and polite. If you stay in the vila, you’ll have 360 degree of pure nature view to enjoy. Good for couples and honeymooners.

It can be a bit far from places you might wanna visit.
