Well taken care, I loved the pool and ocean views and the room was spacious, interesting, comfortable and beautiful

Beachfront access, lots of beauty

Very well maintained property with amazing staff. The villas are very big and the bed is comfortable. It had also very good internet connection.

The location is a bit far to major places, but they provide free shuttle to canggu and some nearby areas.

The rooms are superb, Restaurant is very enjoyable, everything is very quiet, excellent staff. The fitness facility is excellent for a small resort. The private pools (in some units) and great! Surfing looked to be very good!

Beach is beautiful but gets a lot of trash everyday (which they pick up every day) and is dangerous to swim in at least during our visit in October.

Everything was lovely. The food and the breakfast were amazing! The stuff is helpful and attentive. The beach on the hotel side was clean and nice. We loved that the stuff came in the second half of the day to close all the curtains, turn on night light and prepare the end for the night. We felt very taken care of. We will be back!

Our shower was kinda a little broken, it was spraying in all different directions . But it did not bother us much.

The WakaGangga Hotel is a truly beautiful escape. If you’re looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of cities like Canggu, this is the perfect spot. Nestled along the coastline and surrounded by lush greenery, it offers peace and serenity in every direction. While the beach isn’t suitable for swimming (it’s unpatrolled and can be unsafe), the sunsets are absolutely breathtaking.The staff are warm, attentive, and always ready to help — whether it’s organising a buggy, providing local recommendations, or even receiving a Gojek delivery on your behalf. The private villas are spacious and comfortable, some featuring it's own private pool, soft beds, and large, airy bathrooms that make relaxing effortless.The restaurant serves an extensive range of delicious food and drinks, and room service is available if you prefer to dine in. The on-site spa is another highlight, offering a wonderful selection of relaxation treatments.As a solo traveller, I always felt completely safe and well cared for at WakaGangga. It’s a peaceful hideaway that I’d happily return to again.

My only suggestion would be to apply a heat-reflective coating around the pool area, as the stones become very hot under the sun and uncomfortable to walk on or sit on the edge.

We had a wonderful stay at WakaGangga, the villa was beautiful and the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming! There is a great beachside restaurant called Cliffhanger nearby and a cooking school also very close (MEXX Cooking School)

We extended our stay, so I am glad I can write more about our experience. We had an amazing time at this hotel and resort. So clean, quiet, beautiful, with exceptionally kind and attentive staff. We loved our villa and spent time walking on the beachwatchingg both sunrises and sunsets!

Friendly staff but slow restaurant service

everything absolutely great! the location is a bit too remote, a driver is needed to get around. But the hotel staff is great in arranging that for you!no supermarket or restaurant choices around. if you like to stay in the hotel and enjoy the property and the pool villa, it is the perfect choice!

The hotel is beautiful, our villa was amazing and the location, although remote, was enchanting. The hotel staff were very nice and did their best but the services at the hotel are slow and not everything is available. Reception need to check before confirming anything. Although they promote a stay and surf, they do not have surf activities. The restaurant is okay. Breakfast was good but dinner was not. The quality of food was very average for a 5 star location.

The hotel was perfect. Every detail has been thought of to provide the best experience possible. Liked everything.

The breakfast could have been better. They tried to create an a la crate experience but the reality is that the options are kind of limited and don’t work well for breakfast. With a stay larger than 3 nights you start to get a little repetitive on the options. A suggestion would be to provide more options or have a buffet for the breakfast.

Very calm area, ideal for families close to the nature. Not crowded, the activities at the resort are relaxing with the friendly staff.

I like this place i visited it a year ago and i went again this week i love it for relaxation.I recommend the spa there they are excellent and professional.

The food for such place is a bit fine but must be better alot.The only thing i dont like is turning off the private pool filters in an early time in which the pool become full of insects.And to me i like to swim at night.

The one bedroom villa with private swimming pool was wonderful. We also enjoyed free shuttles to Canggu and the beautiful beach in front of the resort.

We loved everything. Unfortunately the beach is too dangerous for swimming.

Everything was just beautiful. We loved every bit of it. The staff was exceptional. So friendly and lovely, made us feel special every day. The whole resort is just beautiful and our villa with pool was just amazing. Would come back in a heartbeat.

The mould in reception and spa area really needs to be taken care of. It's a risk of health for staff and guests.
