cleanly, amazing location, good breakfast

the staff was awesome and very nice but a bit unsupervised. left my earphones in the room and they didnt mention anything when they did my check out room check. only when i called back to ask about earphones did they say they saw them. asked to send them to me they delayed the taxi so that i wouldnt receive them in time. tried to upcharge me on the taxi too. a bit unprofessional. now i have to pay exhorbitant price to get then delivered to DPS airport, which they are not offering any type of compensation. also a guest kid was setting off fireworks on the beach very close to people and the workers ignored it. air con started shooting out ice which they attended to immediately, but only offered a room switch after i asked when they said workers were going to come into my room.

Fridge not working. I chose this place compared to another, which was 1 million cheaper, without a fridge and this place the fridges DO NOT WORK!!! We booked the sea view room, it was way bigger than we imagined. 4 of us (2 adults, a 5 yo and 1 yo) fit on one bed comfortably. Plenty of storage, great TV. We came during rainy period and the weather was terrible, but being in this hotel definitely made us feel relaxed. The breakfast was lovely too. Plenty of car parking space (which is very important for us). Convenience store right at the front of the hotel. Lots of amenities around such as spas, restaurants etc.

The location is great but you can’t really snorkel right in front of the property. You’ll basically need to go further south to be able to see the beautiful coral. Another thing is, the hotel is so big I feel like it’s missing the ‘Amed’ charm. The latter is just my personal opinion, nothing to do with the hotel.

We loved our time at the Seamount ? The staff were great, the ocean view rooms were clean, comfortable and had an amazing view. The hotel organised a snorkeling trip for us which was a good price and we saw lots of wonderful tropical fish. Warung Segara a few doors down the beach had the best fresh grilled fish. We ate there 3 nights out of 4 ??

The air con broke down but we were able to be moved to a different room straight away. The pool was very warm but the ocean was only a few steps away when the pool got too hot.

The hotel is in the middle of Amed. Away from the main road, plenty parking and space. Very near to the beach. Alternative restaurants/warungs very close on walking distance. Clean rooms, plenty storage and spacious bathroom.

The (old) sheets smelled a bit damp. Jamur-ish. Sad. Only two smaller pillows on the bed. Towels are a tad old and now off white. Breakfast not spectacular, just so so. It sounds bad, but it actually isn’t. The staff make up for a lot and for holiday it’s really nice!

Staff, Location, Pool, Dining area, Value

Mattress a little hard but no big deal.

This property is fantastic. The staff are friendly and the rooms and surroundings are spotless.On the beach with awesome views of Mount Agung and pool is amazing. The friendly reception staff organised me a scooter and it was there in 20 minutes. It's 5 minutes ride away from the snorkelling beaches,

Big swimming pool directly by the sea. Small pool table in the dinning area. Short drive up to the water gardens. At this time of year very quiet with only a few guests.

we have been here already last year and liked the hotel and location- but this time the staff was exceptionally friendly (while last time they seem to be a bit "uninterested").

Could not turn front porch light off which attracted lots of bugs, no shuttle or easy access to other areas of Amed, could have been good.

Booked to stay here for three nights, luckily checked in a day late (after informing the hotel we were going to Lovina for a night) and only had to stay for two. To their credit, the staff tried hard to help resolve our issues but you can’t polish a turd..

CAR PARK VIEW - Booked two deluxe rooms with garden view for me and my partner and my mum who’s visiting us and when we checked in we were given two rooms that were practically in the car park.There are about 5 rooms of this type that aren’t in the lovely garden the hotel has but are in fact in the carpark with both the bedroom and bathroom windows facing the carpark or reception. They shouldn’t be sold at the same rate.When we complained first we were told they were fully booked and there was nothing they could do. Then we were offered a family room that was inappropriate for us with no doors separating the sleeping areas, then we were offered to move to direction in front of the open reception. I had asked reception staff about two made up rooms I could see when walking through the action garden and were told they were for other guests?! Later that night (at literally 10pm) we were told we could move to those rooms. This was obviously too late.THE STATE OF THE ROOMS: very poor, my mums room (204) must be the worst room in the whole hotel, full carpark view and a literal termite infestation in the walls creating these piles of first all around the room. She ended up moving to the reception view room because of this, every time they cleaned the termite dirt, termites would start crawling around the room: Sheets were also thin, old and full of stains. No mattress protector so just a thin almost thread bear sheet between you and the mattress. Towels were the same, and weird hello kitty matts that looked filthy and like they are never washed. We had one hot shower in two days between the three of us. Our fridge stunk and didn’t really work. Mums TV kept turning it self on.THE BREAKFAST: Buffet covered in flies. The hot food is covered but when the staff lift it for you the flies appear & the food that was left was disgusting. Looked like congealed food poisoning central. 100s of flies all over the plates, cups and tables.

We had two rooms right by the restaurant and pool! Hotel organised boat ride to go snorkelling - was great!

The restaurant only does food at certain times. Can’t order French fries at 10am.Celebration ceremony right next door for both nights we were staying and was incredibly loud, we weren’t told this when booking

Very spacious, bed comfort, execelent view

I've been to this hotel many times and It's always been amazing! - spacious room and clean- large parking - safety box- fridge - possibility of Scuba diving - possibility of renting a bike - nice swimming pool in front of the beach- good breakfast - good location- staff friendly and very helpful - good wifi Thank you Seamount HotelI will definitely come back again ??✨?

They can’t cook toast! ?. But after some instruction it was good ?

Great hotel located on the beach and has a large pool

Restaurant was closing early due to a large group arriving - when they arrived it was about 10 people.

- Staff very professional- Big space for parking- Spacious room - Good facilities- Nice swimming pool- In front of the beach

- Air Con was loud and no possibility to change that.

Location and pool are excellent. Aircondition is good and quiet. Beautiful place and helpful staff.

Towels and beds needs to be updated. Breakfast could be better.
