- The price, the room was quite large with a window (that one can actually open), airco, tv and private bathroom, very central location in a nice street (Jalan Jaksa). The guy at reception doesn't speak English but is friendly.

Cons -
- The bathroom wasn't exactly clean, there was no toiletpaper (they do have an ass-sprayer like most places in Indonesia). There is a mosque nearby (prayer calls..) and after 3 days I removed the do not disturb sign, but in the remaining 3 days the cleaner never entered my room.
- They should remove this hotel from booking. It was really dirty, there were cockroaches everywhere, I didn't even touch anything in the bathroom, no toilet paper, stains in the sheets, door handle was broken. Got out of there as fast as I could. You should not stay here.
