- Located of the hotel is next to the mall. Very convenient to go shopping, have massage, go to supermarket
- The selling point for the hotel is its connection to the mall, other then that there really is anything special. Unfortunatly this hotel isnt connected to the mall and hasent been since covid started. There are 2 gates before entering the mall.
- The staff are friendly and speak English. Rooms were clean and decent. The location connected to the Kelapa Gading Mall is so convenient. I will most likely stay here again!
Cons -
- There were quite a few small ants on all the tables in the room. Had to kill all of them with my own hands. After you kill them, they come back out again after a few hours. There were no fruits or food on any of the tables.
- The hotel is not actually connected to the mall, you have to exit the hotel walk a bit down the block then enter and even after that you still have 2 gates which require alot of paper work to even enter.
- Nothing to not like about the hotel.
