I loved the location and the views. It was also very nice to have a french coffee press in the room. The workout facilities were also great. It was a very comfortable room and very reasonably priced.

The hotel is located in the 3rd circle, good location, metro was very close! its clean, staff is friendly but none was speaking any other language then ChineseThe breakfast was good, but it was mainly managed just for Chinese and not for the foreigners, no milk products were served at all

The sum that we paid for the hotel I think was too much, it should not be that expensive. The hotel needs the renovation!

Great name, very nice view from the elevator to the city! Unfortunately, these 2 days that I stayed there, it was super hazy & foggy(( Therefore, ruined my mood somewhat from the horrible air quality. In the room there's kettle, cups, 4 bottles of free water to drink & lots of foreigners who stay there. 7-11 convenient stores are 300 metres away from the hotel. Metro station is also about the same distance. So that's somewhat good if you're living on a budget.

Worse part is the temperature of the room; it was way too stuffy & hot. Temperature reached 28, 29C!! That's definitely not suitable for sleeping even if you try to sleep naked. I think the windows can't be opened & there's no air circulation which caused the room to be intensely hot(( That was definitely NOT comfortable of a stay considering the fact that this is a 5 star hotel.

Breakfast is OK la, tea & coffee both are good. Location is brilliant.

should add few more choice on food on breakfast for the guess, like congee, dumpling..etc. Also, facilities in room should improve sockets with USB.

Bathtub drain clogged, ask for fixed but next day still clogged…..

Price was reasonable

For a five star hotel it was really awful. The beds were super hard. The air conditioning in the room didn’t work so we sweated the entire night. The entire hotel was old and outdated. Dingy carpets in the room. Breakfast buffet was also really not good. I would have been ok if this was rated as a three star hotel. As a five star, it seemed like a lie.

Good location and good bed. Still a good value for money.

This hotel is old now, the equipment are out of date. The gym has become a joke, almost everything is broken.

The facility is quite old. Some plugs are British standard.

location is good, for a hotel that operated for over 40 years, the location is very good. cloase to the metro and bus stops, located in the embassy areas.

The hotel will be closed at the end of this year, so, the staff is more perfunctory. The breakfast is does not have much choice, even worse than some of the airline lounge, and literally same food everyday!

No staff speak English, not friendly with the foreigners. Very bad behaviour of the person in the reception.Not recommended to the foreigners.

Spacious lobby and hotel garden, room size big enough.

Bathroom needs a renovation and aircon noisy.

A great location for those that want to be relatively central and close to the subway. Also right next to the river area which is lovely.

If the staff could speak English that would be helpful as my family were staying here and couldn’t communicate. But then again, most Beijing hotels are the same.

The hotel old and dark and smelling of smoke. It clearly had it’s good times 20 years ago.No reel Continental breakfast was available☹️

The rooms are large.

-When arriving to the hotel they told me there is no booking with my name and I stayed at the reception for 45 min to solve this issue.- the refrigerator doesn’t work, and I ordered ice from the room service and didn’t send me ice and called back three times and didn’t answer.
