Very professional staff. Very clean facility and the room exceeded my expectations

I wish I could have stayed longer

rooms are very spacious and good value for money

there are a lot to improve:Breakfast:- whole area was not as clean as should be- no frequent table cleaning- limited verity of foods. no omelet no proper egg either. it is very Chinese oriented breakfast but even not high quality.- bread verity was very limited- no cheese and butter verity Location: - it is not that recommended for those who like night life or activities around at evenings

Great location. Very friendly and helpful staff, especially the Concierge and Guest service. There is a Starbucks in the hotel lobby, which is a big plus.

Staff spoke good English and we were checked in very quickly. Room was clean and very comfortable. A Super breakfast.

The breakfast buffet is very good. Lots of variety and options. Recommending to take it.

The location is very industrial. The stuff doesn’t speak English or very poorly.

The breakfast was lovely . Staff extremely nice and helpful which of course makes the stay nicer in a hotel . Only issue is the hotel is very dated and for the price we could of went up the road beside the tube to a more modern hotel.

The executive lounge was good and the food was tasty. The decor in the foyer was nice. The free-standing bath was a good addition to the room.

The organisation of our room was bad - we were given a different room twice before we were offered the room on our booking. There was also no A/C in our room as they had not turned it on yet in some of the rooms so it was very hot. Also the spa closed a long time ago so it was falsely advertised.

Very comfortable, clean, loved the bed!! Fab views from any floor and great facilities. Special shoutout to Reno at reception, very good English skills and made the check in a lot swifter and more comfortable for us. Loved the Starbucks in the hotel.

Wish the air conditioning would have worked!

The desk in front, where Chloe sits, is super helpful and informative. They speak two languages fluently, which is hard to find in China. The location is good.

It would be beneficial to have three air purifiers in the room to maintain humidity levels. The room felt a bit dry.

Good location, close to the embassies and a shopping street. The breakfast was also pretty good.

The hotel is pretty old, the furniture was chipping away. The ac didn’t work very well. It would be nice if the windows opened slightly. The rooms and the hallways are very dark. The bed was very uncomfortable, I had back pain after the second night. The room card stopped working 4 times, and I had to get it fixed. They took a deposit of 1500$, which is too much i think

Bad

The cleaning lady/man throw away an personal item during cleaning of the bedroom with a value of 400€. They possibly thought it was trash. The hotel did not apologize and offered me some kind of compensation. The only compensation they offered me is an upgrade for the next visit.

Very friendly service and reception staff spoke good English. Room was spacious, clean and modern. We received a room upgrade when we arrived which was nice.Breakfast was excellent and there was a huge range of Western and Chinese foods. The patisserie section was delicious!

Only one dressing gown in the room.

Free Wi-Fi speedVentilation was only heating, preparing 30C which is far too much. The other option was just switch off. Any temperature set up was not functioning.

It is poor

Electrical Sockets are poorly maintained. Lighting was poor , could have provide more illumination if required. Carpet was poorly maintained.

It was clean and the staff was friendly, put a lot of effort into helping where they could. The Starbucks in the hotel was a nice touch. The gym was great.

The location was a bit of neither here nor there. Couldn’t think what one would do once you left the building. The hotel was clean but had seen better days. The bar area never seemed to be open.

a little bit old for the infrastructuresand the noise from karaokeand no credit added for 10 nights for my membership just because of reservation via booking.com strongly suggest that you 2 companies need to align it’s so strange that I can’t have my credit added to my membership.

Rooms were big and breakfast was good.
