Hyatt Regency Beijing Wangjing

The place is really good, staff was helpful and always present. The room was absolutely clean and well kept. The least noisy of all the hotels we experienced in Beijing. The bathroom had actual doors that could be closed. Possibly some of the best elevators I have experienced, with an average wait time of less than 10 seconds. Also they offer (kinda pricey) SPA services until 2am in the morning.

I can't come up with anything I didn't like.

All staffs are freindly, and i felt very warm that room service realised i might have neck problem when she found i added a towel under the pillow, and she prepared me a very comfortable pillow. Breakfast was very nice as well! I will come back next time.

Very convenient and close to the airport. And the Breakfast is really exceptional. Huge variety and great as a Westerner.

The staff were very accommodating and hospitable. Hotel was modern and near the business district.

Spacious entrance easy to pickup/drop off, friendly staff.Roomy and nice view from where I stayed.

Only downside for me - room is a bit dated, noticeable musty smell in the bathroom.

Great location and room

The sound insulation is very bad where you can here next room and corridorsLocation is far from attraction areas and restaurants

Lack of English speaking staff, difficult to communicate with majority of people working there, sauna/hot tubs were separate but the swimming pool was mixed found this odd. Booked a room under sauna in the room and was advised when we got there it was a typo on Booking.Com and they had no rooms like that. I booked for that reason. The room service staff were 10/10 made up for all of the above.

Great new location - spacious rooms and fantastic training center and pool. Breakfast was huge.

The staff are very friendly and helpful, the cleaning services is extremally good, the food is great, and the breakfast is excellent.

The hotel is really great. Food is great. Service is great. Close to the airport.

The only thing which was strange is the window cleaning - I just checked-in and was taking the bath and suddenly i saw a man behind my window (7 floor), who was a cleaner. And only later I found a small piece of paper with the warning about this. I think that this information should be visible at once, like a stick on the window for example.

Good environment.

My room bill amount was different. But I explained and they checked it and fixed the difference 379 rmb.

Pillow, breakfast and location are the weaknesses.

Facility was nice, large size room, all the kits were properly provided,nice staff, English was pretty much acceptable, but little bit of Mandarin would be helpful.

I really enjoy to stay here, if you need taxi, you can ask the staff to call one for you, but if not, that it is little bit difficult to find the taxi outside.
