Very good thought I only stayed one night. Central clean great staff. The rooms quite nice. I prefer king size beds so I didn’t stay the week but they were so kind canceling and helping me. The place has a chill youthful feel.

Location

The AC of the room didn’t work. They only clean the room every 3 days and according to booking it’s 5 starts hotel but honestly it felt like 3 stars

The location is excellent, right near the main Wangfujing pedestrian street and other attractions. It’s a good value for a budget hotel and the best part for me was having a free washer/dryer to use. Also appreciated that there was a microwave and fridge and the communal kitchen with free drinks was nice. The room itself was very comfortable, solid a/c, wifi, good water pressure and the bed was comfortable.

You could tell it’s a bit dated but at least everything was clean.

Staff was very amiable, polite and supportive, there was everything needed and also free drinks and coffee

I had a wonderful stay in Beijing. The hotel environment was romantic and very comfortable. The location is excellent- close to metro statio, making it very convenient to get around. I would like to thank the staff for their great service, especially Liu Hao and Vivian, who made my stay even more pleasant. Highly recommend!

Some noise from the room above, with heavy footsteps that disturbed the quiet.

Great location! I like that everything in the room can be controlled via an app.

Room needs work. Placement of furniture is odd with the bed covering closet space. Broken flickering lamp, stains on walls, and a slight unpleasant bathroom smell. Just needs a little bit of love. Nothing crazy. But otherwise, the room grew on us and was pleased and comfortable by then end. Great staff!!!

I had the suite. It's well designed, I like that there is so much storage space all my stuff is put away neatly. Bed good, staff good, common areas good

The price I got was a bit high for China, but that's the case in downtown Beijing.

The cleaning is only superficial. This is more like a 2-star hostel by European standards, not a hotel as described. The price is too high for what it offers. That said, the area is very good, and the lady at the reception speaks the best English I’ve encountered so far in China.

Great location, great experience, and friendly and super helpful staff.I asked if I could buy a fitness band from them from the gym and they looked it up on Internet right away. I say I'd buy what they already have as it is... And she even washed it. I almost felt bad about it, but it was so nice of them :).Overall, great experience, lovely place, amazing city.Will be back and will stay here once again.

The property is not a 5 star hotel, it is much worse in reality.Unfortunately, I was shocked when I entered the lobby, it looks like a 2 star hotel lobby

The lobby, some services are not available, such as the daily housekeeping, the in-room minibar, and a fancy lobby

Very close to Wangfujing street

The mastress was very hard, the bathroom had an terrible humidity smell, the shower had a discusting curtain and all the water splashed out of the shower.

Great location close to a metro station and in the heart of Wangfujian Hutongs.

Rooms are cleaned every 3 days. It should be daily or at least every other day.

The location is GREAT.No need to buy the breakfast as it is VERY basic! Restaurants are just around the corner.What is GREAT is the service! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Free sodas + ice which we LOVED because it's very hot when we visited in September.Free laundry machines (washer and dryer) - you have to buy laundry detergents which were nothing.

Proximity to Nanjing Street but still in a quiet neighborhood. I love the laundry and the common area facilities. The room was also spacious and clean - I love the fluffy towels! The staff were also very helpful and accommodating.

Really nice hotel in great location for any tours in Beijing. staff are very attentive throughout your stay. the cookies they give you when checking out are also delicious!

Internet wouldnt always work for me

The location is perfect, next to metro, shops and main tourist attractions. The room was very spacious, clean, bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Ho (sorry if I misspelled the name), one of the staff at the hotel reception was very helpful, and the staff in general was very friendly, The location is very near to the city centre and within walking distance to the main shopping area, I liked the fact that there is a fully equipped kitchen for the guests to use, and a reception area with sofas and free refreshments, such as light drinks and espresso coffee maker, and ice maker! The gym was also well equipped for hotel standards, There is also a free washing machine and drier, The hotel is also close to family mart / 7 eleven, for any last minute purchases.Thank you so much Stey Beijing staff!

The breakfast could have more options, but they serve good coffee!
