Very well located. Staff super nice, great food at the executive hall lounge on the 20th. All very clean. I’d stay there always!

The only thing I miss was a Toto toilet lol

Th room was clean and the staffs were very helpful and understanding.

Rooms were not able to be arranged on the same level, thus having difficulties to access there each time I want to go over my family's room.

Staff was very friendly and helpfull. Beds are very comfy

This is not the standard level of JW Marriot. The food level is way below standard. They mention there are 2 restaurants but actually Cru Steakhouse was closed. There is no Bar in the hotel. Only a lobby tea arrea. It seems the hotel is targetting more Chinese guests then foreigners. The rooms are ok but can be updated. The atmosphere of the food restaurant is a little standard and the quality of the food is not as good as jn other JW Marriots.

I wish to make a particular mention of Gethin Liu, Guest Relations Manager, who was most pleasant upon checkout. That type of memory upon check out is what makes me want to stay again at Beijing Marriott.

Amazing! One of the best we have had on all our travels. The variety of western and Asian food covers everyone's palate and the awesome, attentive staff couldn't do enough.Caesars Palace in Vegas is the only other breakfast venue that comes close.

I asked my partner and we both couldn't find anything we didn't like.

I stayed in few other Marriott hotels in Asia. This is no exception: good quality & service. The staff is outstanding and could answer all my questions. I was staying at Wanda Vista hotel the week before - it’s a huge difference in a positive way.

High prices for rooms and food compared to other Asian locations. But I guess this is the price you pay for a little retreat.

Location, very comfortable ambience within the hotel. Very nice aromatic smell in the lobby and lift cart.

No trigger spray in water closet area.

Attentive staff, very comfortable rooms and especially spacious bathroom. Very comprehensive breakfast with variety of foods, and definitely nice coffee.

Nothing special about this hotel. Only location can attract attention to this hotel.

Personnel didn`t understand english. It took us 40 minutes just to get to the fact that they didn`t accept debit card, only credit card! I rarely use credit card so I didn`t have one so I had to leave a cash deposit. Thanks God I had cash with me and didn`t need to get to ATM and waste more time with checking in

Very good service, rooms and bathrooms excellent, gym, pool and spa excellent. Breakfast good. Great location 5 mins from a metro station.

Some areas are a bit dated and rough around the edges. But this is me being fussy, e.g grout on tiles or corners of hot tub were a bit grimy or poorly sealed.

Breakfast is beautifully served with lots of variety.

Our bedroom was stuffy and hot. Air conditioning temp is pre-set so we could not adjust it. Room window is broken, so we had to use a table top fan. Room service could have cleaned the room more often. When we did not receive our complimetary plate of fresh fruit, we enquired, only to be sent a platter that we had to pay ¥188 for. Had our room service had been more frequent, we would not have had to ask a random staff member for additional water and toilet paper. Our first night's stay was disrupted by people running and thumping on the floor above us, well after midnight. We were witness to guests that allowed their small children to pour and drink alcohol during dinner of 12.31. No staff addressed this matter.

The restaurants close at 10pm, no late night snacks or bar even on Friday night. Was pretty poor for this
