Pros +
- The place is immaculately kept up.
- The staff was very accomodating, even helped us get transport for our daytrip to Mutianyu. The room was clean and spacious. Subway was also nearby and shopping mall Livet was right across the road.
- Good location for mid level shopping - a huge LIVAT mall is less than 10min walk away, Sam’s club is just next door, huge choice of dining options too. Nice little 7-11-like groceries in the next building too. 30min drive from the airport. Bed super comfortable and clean. Friendly staff.
Cons -
- No access to movies. For our teenage friend, very disappointing. One of the reception staff was a little haughty to my Chinese guests.
- Breakfast options were limited, floors in my room felt dirty, room very basic, more like 3*. AC barely works. Soundproofing is poor.
- The lobby was not properly heated. Reception staff with overcaots & warm clothing
