Holiday Inn Beijing Chang An West By IHG

Stay in this place for second time. The location is good for me while it is a bit far away from city center. In this location you can find the place with a lot of restaurants, which is called Wu Ke Song.

15 mins by walk to the closest metro station.

Location, Cleanliness, cab arrangements, hospitality and clearing the guests concern is really great. Staff were very supportive and helping in nature.A staff at the front desk even made a call to the store (in chinese) for the product that wish to buy and resolved it.Many a times, when cabs or didi travel mess up, hotel staff reserved cabs for us.

Most of the supporting staff doesnt understand English. Thats really a barrier for those who dont know chinese. None of us know Chinese. Translators will help to certain extent.Except this language misunderstandings everything was great.

Very nice hotel, luxury, clean, nice people

Not internet access for occidental people, not ATM, 20 min to closed subway

Very clean and great buffet breakfast.

Subway far and no restaurant for lunch or dinner. Only breakfast.

Best breakfast ever. Was in China and Japan and the selection and freshly cooked fried eggs were great. All so fresh.

The room is clean and spacious with well décor. The pillow and bed are comfortable. All staff are very friendly. Good location close to public transport and eateries. There are swimming pool and gym facilities which are particularly important when one cannot go out exercise during cold weather.

The weekday lunch buffet was not worth for value. Limited variety and no high end food at the price of $168 per person. They did not refill the food unless you asked them. Disappointing.

This hotel is great, super clean, breakfast buffet was amazing, staff was super helpful and friendly. We recommend this place!

This was my first trip to Beijing with my partnerThe holiday in was excellent. The service and rooms were perfect The room was cleaned everyday to a very high standard. The staff were very kind

I have nothing to say here as the staff made every effort to make the staff perfect

On our second stay at this hotel we were offered an upgrade to a suite as a normal double room was fully booked. We were also allowed a late checkout. The staff are very helpful and friendly.

The hotel is beautiful and is being newly renovated. It looks more like a high end hotel than a Holiday Inn. The staff are helpful and wonderful. The daily breakfast buffet was delightful and the hotel and rooms were well decorated and clean. For families, there's a pharmacy, grocer, and several dining options nearby. And you're not far from an MRT station.

The AC wasn't as cool as it should be, the room was warmer than I would like. And the beds were smaller than standard sized beds.

The friendly staff, especially the front counter staff. To name a few, Mdm 梁， 封 and 郭。

cleanless, staff, breakfast

Great location, huge buffet breakfast and friendly staff. My kids loved the pool as well and it was open til 11pm at night!

The staff were incredibly welcoming & attentive. The room was very comfortable and very clean .The breakfast buffet was delicious

Facilities and room are good, clean and spacious

Staff didn't speak English.

Comfortable room with en-suite shower room. Realistically priced.

Location not good for tourism: long taxi ride or long walk to the Metro, then a long journey to the city centre.

All of it was great

I arrived early, so I had to wait for the check-in wich is totally fine. It would have just been nice to get the lounge offered to stay in while waiting but the lounge was only meant for already checked in hotel guests.

The bed was clean and comfort , the staff were friendly and helpful. the price was reasonable. Good location . Accept credit card for payment

can’t access Google and Gmail that I need to use everyday

The breakfast was fine with lots of choices and reasonably good quality. The swimming pool is fine for relaxing after a long journey. The staffs are warm-hearted and easy-going.It is convenient for transportation.

nothing special. The self-service dinner didn't have many choices.

Friendly staff; cleanliness is perfect; good value for money; convenient location and close to the subway station and bus stops; breakfast price is reasonable and with good quality

The TV in our room was disappointing sometimes as the sound volume can be quite random, bit of loud one moment and then lowered down all of a sudden, and then jumped back up.
