The Peninsula Beijing

The service was great, and when the staff heard it was my fiancee and my anniversary,they provided a special breakfast platter for our room (and had a room ready for us, as we checked in around 6am). They also gave us a complimentary breakfast.

I loved the atmosphere, the vibe, the room and the breakfast. The hotel oozes class and style. The combination of design, ambiance and functionality were impeccable, and made this hotel the ultimate choice in the Wangfujing area. Breakfast was chef-restaurant quality.

The only caveat I could think of, other than the relatively not that high ceilings, was the bakery at the breakfast. A bit more butter and water would have been in place. Other than that, all perfect.

The front desk staff member, Alan Li, kindly upgraded my room for free when I checked in.

Very good choice at the breakfast buffet to meet every taste. Excellent staff and beautiful room.

Maybe the breakfast area was a bit over crowded due to large travel groups but staff did a great job accommodating us quickly.

Spectacular location and superb staff. The concierge was especially helpful with booking restaurant reservations and even bringing in an outside tailor to help alter a suit jacket.

The security deposit deducted from the credit card is not refunded late. As of now, I have not received my refund. It has been 7 days.

all the staff were so friendly and helpful - they went over and beyond to spoil us during our 49 wedding anniversary stay at the hotel - it was so memorable that we are telling all our friends to stay there - truly exceptional staff - many five star hotels can learn from your staff

Everything was perfect. The room, the service. Fruits every day, some other treats. Very good spa.

Beautiful rooms, great location, nice rooftop

I had high expectations for this hotel, but I was somewhat let down. We booked a duplex, and my son is staying on the first floor. Unfortunately, we can hear noises, such as people talking and passing by in the hallway outside. Additionally, the electric equipment feels a bit outdated.

Awesome experience, the suite was very spacious, big dressing, great staff, breakfast, and the dining experience with Michelin Chef Mahi at Jing, waw! The hotel is near to everything, i cant find any better hotel in Beijing

The Peninsula standard is in a league of its own. Perfection in everything they do. Suite-only setup of Beijing hotel is a great idea. The walk in closet is a fabulous addition, as is the living room.

There is very little left what could be better in Peninsula.The one point to mention was a relatively long time waiting for main course in the Jing restaurant.

The staff are very nice and helpful and the room is spacious. The most good thing I would like mention is that the room can be very comfortable and quite as we can adjust the temperature and fan grade - seems like a standard for five-star hotel? To be honest, quite a lot high-end hotels we booked could not meet this requirement.
