A bit far from the city, it has a nice spa center, but be carefull, because in order to use the pool you need a swimming cap. The sell you one for 100RMB, which is excesive.

I initially booked the hotel for just one night, but ended up staying for four. My room has been generous upgraded. I was placed on the top floor, where I enjoyed an amazing view of the city. The hotel team provided excellent service throughout my stay, and special thanks go to Jennifer in the Executive Lounge. She kindly helped me print over 80 pages of documents, which saved me so much time. She has also seamlessly arranged my prolonged stay with everything thing I needed, including a generous late check-out, even before I'd thought to ask for it.Another highlight I absolutely loved about this hotel is that it practically shares an entrance with the Metropark Lido Hotel, which boasts one of Beijing’s oldest Western-style lobbies. This lobby area is a true gem, housing several excellent Chinese and Western restaurants as well as souvenir shops. By walking through it, you’ll reach a quiet, cozy bar and restaurant district tucked away in a charming corner of the downtown area. Best of all, you can explore all these spots without leaving the hotel area nor dealing with Beijing’s usual traffic hassles, making it perfect for enjoying with family and friends.

While the hotel room’s facilities feel a bit dated, the exceptional value it offers makes it still a great place to stay.

We liked the location as it was close to the Art Centre which was well worth the walk to get there

Breakfast buffet and room service options were excellent. Clean comfortable rooms, speedy elevators.

Wi-fi was very slow but then probably not their fault.

Staff Keke is very helpful and friendly. Check-in and check-out process very smooth and easy.

Location was excellent for our purpose.Craft restaurant in reception area was very handy at all times for good food and friendly service.

A bad experience. Nobody speaks English. They use some inefficient translation gadgets. I paid in advance for 2 nights with breakfast included. My child is 9 years old, I duly filled out the form on Booking, but they said that because my child is over 1 meter and 40 cm tall, I have to pay for breakfast for him because he is too tall, he exceeds the standards by 5 centimeters ! Embarrassing! The attitude of the staff is lasade desired! The room smells of sewage, the traffic noise is disturbing, the beds are too hard. Therefore, I did not receive what I paid in advance! I do not recommend!

The staff at the front desk and the breakfast restaurant were very friendly accommodating and courteous. They went out of their way to help us. Thank you for the service.

The food stations could use some reorganization. Except for the cook to order eggs, most of the hot food items were at best room temperature and some out right cold! The cappuccino machine was also making warm instead of Hot beverages. I had to ask the waitress to microwave my coffee.

Our family had a wonderful experience staying at the Crowne Plaza Beijing Lido, an IHG Hotel. The staff was accommodating and warm, especially Mrs. Wang Hai Li, who was very patient in answering all our queries and kindly upgraded our standard king room to a one-bedroom suite with a view of the bath for free. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of options. The location was very good and easily accessible to the metro and international airport. There are many good restaurants nearby. We would come back to this hotel again.

Loved the hotel, with the pool sauna and steam room. The bedroom was huge with an amazing bathroom and huge bed. Great room service too.

Breakfast was lovely with a lot of options but was quite a lot of money for around £17 a day

Modern, Clean and tidy room, good location. Super breakfast that had a great selection of western foods. Staff spoke good English and were helpful and polite.
