Great location. Very nice staff.

The room was comfortable, and the hotel itself was very posh, with beautiful décor and excellent service. The restaurants in the hotel were outstanding, and the gym was clean and well equipped. I felt very safe, happy, and relaxed throughout my stay.

The hotel is conveniently located within 2 different metro stations. Checking in and out is very easy and fast. The room is quite clean and bed comfortable. The restaurant breakfast spread is generous filled with both oriental and western cuisine. I had a chance to take my dinner in the same restaurant; it is quiet with few guests, but the food is good and staff very friendly.

Our large and comfortable room was a relief after several weeks of travel. Between two subway stations, it was quite accessible. Taxis were cheap, however. Breakfast was incredibly varied and tasty! Very patient and helpful personnel.

It was very nice until my second night.

Showers/bathroom ran rusty water my second night there. 3 night stay. After waiting all night and all morning for the hotel to fix. My entire family and I was forced to change hotels They offered nothing not even an apology. Not an inkling of any level of concern. It was a huge inconvenience and additional expense I incurred didn’t have to incur. VERY DISAPPOINTING

Comfortable bed and pillow, clean and very good location.

A little over-priced for the room and bed is a little small.

Old fashioned nice sized rooms with a swimming pool in the basement, everything nearby: Foribden city, The Palace museum, Temple of heaven, etc. Defenitly recommend.

Jacuzzi and Sauna would need some refreshment. Swimming pool is nice.

Our room was extremely clean and the staff took such good care of it, tidying it up on a daily basis. Additionally, the gym and pool were in an excellent condition.

The location isn’t bad at all, but it’s a little far from the main sites.

The property has a gym and a swimming pool. It was approximately a 7 min walk from the train station. It was a 15 min walk to the closest mall.

The room was very outdated. The tv was small and our room door could not open completely, as it was dragging on the floor when opened too wide. Not sure if it was because the floor was not leveled or because the door hinge needed to be screwed.

Not too far from main attractions, got everything you normally need. Helpful staff.

The hotel really needs some renovations, the furniture is tired, carpeting is old, AC is barely there. WiFi didn’t work properly most of the time. Room was quite small and dark.

Location wise very convenient with the subway and bus station within walking distance.Staff are friendly and helpful, especially the room cleaners. Bed and pillows are comfortable.Only flaw is there is only one small eatery shop beside the hotel.

Good food, Many choice. test ferfectly good for me. and good location, convenience to traveling. bad luck during my atey in and national conference made very bad trafic.

better if they can manage to have at least 1 or 2 staff can communicate in englist all the time and put some badge that can recognize them.

Central location, close to subway station which connects well to major tourist areas, quiet and spacious room with complimentary water, kettle and slippers.

No convenient store or restaurant nearby.
