- More friendly reception staff ! We were asked to vacate the room precisely at 2 pm, when we requested for an additional i/2 hour !! No other customer was waiting to check out !
- The wanted to charge us an old umbrella that was broken due to use. In the US this is call wear a and tear. The manager was super rude. He said: "this is a cheap hotel"!!! HUH it was supposed to be a 5 star

location  large window with great views nice staff
no breakfast
Location is great, 20 walk to forbidden city and some main shopping area. staff is awesome, room is clean, no problem with internet. Breakfast has traditional chinese food and western food; a good mix.
I booked a tour with the hotel, they have their in-house travel agent. It's little over-priced; it's generally 30-50% more expensive than if you had booked on your own online or direct.

Location, friendly and helpfull staff
Noisy especially because the room doors slam really hard when people let them close by themselves. Will wake up you for sure! Internet connexion was not good. Unstable and slow. Cannot make a decent skype call.
The room was big and good location and staff were very friendly. we were able to rent bikes and we biked to the Birds nest, Olympic stadium.
but old and the bathroom smelled of sewerage. the air conditioning didn't work in my nor my friends room. the room itself was dirty as well
