The bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful. Service was impeccable throughout our stay, the location is truly prime, the breakfast is outstanding!

The room layout may not suit everyone, as the bathroom is located at the entrance and the toilet and shower share a sliding door, leaving the toilet fully visible from the bedroom when the shower is in use. There is also no partition separating the bedroom from the bathroom space. The sink is also quite small, with limited counter space.

The hotel located in downtown and have easy access. The staff are very friendly and very helpful.

We had a fantastic stay — it was flawless from the moment we made the booking, to after we checked out.Ahead of our stay, they made a booking for a restaurant on my behalf, and even rang me from abroad to discuss the best time to do up some decorations for the room as we were celebrating my boyfriend’s birthday and I wanted to surprise him. We were delighted to step into the room that evening with fresh flowers, balloons, and a neon “Happy Birthday” sign greeting us.Throughout our stay, the front desk, reservations team, concierge, and housekeeping team were so helpful, responding to all our messages swiftly and delivering service with utmost professionalism. The level of thoughtfulness, attention to detail, and overall service we experienced was truly unparalleled. The room was always spotless and we felt so comfortable staying there. Housekeeping also wrote us notes to inform us that they had rearranged my makeup on the counter so I could access it more easily (but that if I didn’t like it they wouldn’t touch it again), and that they had retrieved from the bin and set aside a box of (expired) medication just in case we had thrown it out by accident. We even came back one evening to find that they had cleaned our boots even though we hadn’t requested for a shoe shine service!Amazing location, and the facilities and amenities were great as well — we particularly enjoyed our 90min massage treatments at the hoteli spa, which deserves another 10/10 review altogether.Shoutout to Jenny from the reservations team, who made sure we were going to be well taken care of prior to us even setting foot in the country. Shoutout to front desk staff Nora too, who checked us in and out, and was so lovely, friendly, and warm — all smiles, eager to help, and even sent us off with a bath bomb as a little parting gift!

Everything was exceptional—from the building and location to the staff. A special mention to the concierge, Hannie, who was incredibly cooperative and helpful with everything I needed. Truly outstanding service!

My stay at the InterContinental Beijing was fantastic!! Oscar and Brandon started off my stay with kindness and made the check-in very fast. I was so pleased with the room and the amenities that are included! Breakfast was incredible with lots of choices of fresh food. So much to do around the hotel with tons of restaurants and shopping!

The hotel was fantastic. The room was well designed and very comfortable

The meal in the Char Grill was disappointing. Poor quality food and poor service. We waited almost one hour to get our drinks order despite there being hardly anyone in the restaurant.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel! The room was beautifully designed and had a unique charm that made it stand out from typical hotel accommodations. The highlight of my stay was the breathtaking view—it perfectly captured the entire Beijing cityscape. Watching the sunrise from my room was an unforgettable experience.The staff were also fantastic—friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with anything I needed. Their hospitality truly made my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Beijing. Can’t wait to return!

I loved everything!! Location, food, room, staff, gym everything

Serene, classy and exquisite. The gym is pretty well equipped and the spa in this hotel is a must, although comes at its own cost. Overall, very homely and I would recommend you stay here if is your first time in Beijing.

Policy on deposits. One shouldn’t have to pay deposit for everyday of their stay. I understand it’s to protect the interest of the hotel but a minimum deposit would be more probable.

Everything:- breakfast, wide range of different breakfast in a super nice location - the amazing rooms - the super friendly staff - the gym equipment - great !- location: nice bars direct nearby and easy to drive everywhere by metro Totally enjoying stay and coming back for sure.

- only little little point the toilet flush is hard to activate the button needs strong power to be working - toilets door little transparent so sharing room with someone you better know is recommended

The bath is huge and they only give a very small bag of bath salt.

I had an excellent stay at the InterContinental Beijing! Everything about the hotel was outstanding—from the amenities to the service. I stayed on the 22nd floor, where the views were spectacular. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Beijing. It's definitely a place I look forward to returning to on my next trip!

Great location with shopping mall next by, chic hotel, good check in and checkout experience with hospitable & helpful reception staffs.

Designs of the interior of room is chic, but not convenient to roam about. Bath tub & vanity are open in common area without door. There is only 1 door to close either shower room or toilet.
