Location was great, very convenient. The hotel was really nice.

The Staff doesn’t speak English, they don’t send clear directions on how to get to the hotel, the only indication is the metro stop, it doesn’t really help considering people don’t speak English. The room was clean but the corridor was dirty.

The hotel is off the main street in a nice and quiet hutong, just a short walk to the Subway station, eateries and shops nearby. Front office staff, in particular, Lily was very helpful and offered good advice on visits to places of interest in Beijing. The sitting area outside the room is ideal for a drink or two after an exhaustive day of sightseeing.

Staff is helpful and accommodating. Rooms look nice and are spacious enough. Courtyard is very cute and traditional looking. Location 6 minutes away from the metro.

The rooms are a bit noisy so you get waken up around 6/7am by other guests’ noises.

The hotel is located in a Hutong on the left of Behai park. The access is a bit tight for cars but taxi drivers are used to it and managed it very well. The place is very quiet as a net in the middle of the city. Rooms are on 2 floors around a very nice patio. Staff is adorable and very keen to help.

The staff was the most helpful staff that we ever encountered. During our “rough” stay at Beijing due to the bad weather that hit the region, they helped us enormously were always at our service.

The property was conveniently located and clean. All the staff were helpful and welcoming, especially lily who made our stay memorable with her help.

Absolutely loved our stay here. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Really good location, 5 minute walk to the metro line which connects you to a range of tourists attractions. Really cozy rooms and courtyard, great start to our China adventure. Coffee machine in the reception area which is perfect. Highly recommend a stay here.

Good location, convenient to take the bus, metro or taxi. 24h, so you can go and come back from the hotel anytime. Pretty safe, as there is always someone at the reception and you need a card to enter the rooms area. Cleaning okay.

No soundproofing at all... We were not able to sleep before 12am or after 8am, either from the client next doors or by the cleaning person from the other rooms. No fridge or table inside. Basic room.

Nicely renovated old building. Historic atmosphere at the cost of soundproofing.

The hotel is very close to Subway stations which can be reached by foot. There are good restaurantss in the area around the hotel, which also can be reached foot. The room itself has floor heating, which in result heats the bed, which was nice during the cold time we stayed there.

The floor in the room was quite dusty and the anteroom was in our opinion unnecessary and just made the room smaller as it could be.

Traditional Beijing hutong living. Staff willing to store our luggages while we were away for a few days to Shanghai

Not very convenient for eating. Not very close to popular scenery places. Cars cannot park at the front of the property which if you have so many luggages it will need the walk. Very dark on the way to hutong.

Location is very convenient, close to public transport and the main attractions, yet quiet; friendly staff; comfortable rooms.

The comfy beds and the quiet environment. Although the hotel didn't provide breakfast, there are quite a few eateries open early in the morning. We like the food provided by restaurant "Er you ju" right outside the hotel.

Overall, the hotel is well-maintained, and the room is clean. The staff is friendly. The hotel is within walking distance to the subway station, making it easy to connect to tourist attractions.

No. Everything is fine during my stays.

A lot of character, located on a dark alley that was v interesting, only 300 meters from main blvd. Rooms are small, but have character. Desk manager very helpful w/ adequate English. This hotel is bigger than it looks. They are happy to loan you traditional robes or even a rickshaw! Not far from Tiananmen Sq.

Besides desk manager, no English help at all. Other front desk girls made little effort to help. No food, though there is a room where drinks or breakfast could be served. Taxis have a hard time finding the hotel.
