Hard to communicate - no one in the team speaks English

The location is very far from the city center but very close to the airport. They offer a free shuttle to the airport. The hotel was clean and new.

They turned off the air conditioning system and the room was very hot and uncomfortable. The staff spoke no English, if hotels are accepting international guests it would be nice to have at least one bilingual staff member.

Overall, good value for money.

The provided room was different from what I ordered (executive Double bed vs Twin bed). However, because it was already too late at night and I was too tired and was just scammed by a taxi, I didn't ask to change.

Really lovely and Helpful staff. Nice tea set-up. Modern. Outside back door for fresh air was nice.

The main reason this spot was a bust for me is that you can hear the door slam of every room when someone leaves. The sound insulation was almost zero. And there was a main exit door that also slammed. I had a brief window to get some rest and had a horrible sleep because of this (despite ear plugs etc it was that loud & disruptive) also the shuttles were not available at the hours I was passing through so I had to spend and additional 100¥ on taxis.

Despite to the language barrier, the staff was very friendly and always found a way to communicate. A special thank you to Zhu Sheng 竺笙 for her professional approach and excellent support. Be ready to use WeChat App and translator. The entire stay was a pleasure.

Very modern hotel, ideal for a stop over as they have 24 hour check in. Very clean and accommodating.

Very comfy and clean hotel, staff done everything they could especially with the language barrier was a perfect hotel for a 22 hr overlay.

All is perfect, free hot tea & water upon arrival and extra bottled water. They even offered us free airport transfer by a very luxury car when we asked them to call a taxi. The staff is very helpful, even though they don't speak English well, they used translate Apps and tried their best to serve us well.

The room was very enormous and expectations were exceeded. At night there is light that come on when you go to the toilet and it was so thoughtful and cute.

There isn’t much around and the city centre is not very close to the hotel. Checkin was a little confusing but all in all good.

Close to the terminal. Excellent service. They did not know much English but we trying really hard. Their effort is hard to overestimate. Very nice and clean rooms.

The hotel is an aesthetic of its own. Atour group has done an outstanding job making the design and feel of this place so so unique and comfortable. It's like Japan style but taken to the next level and minimal but giving you plentiful! It's an awe. The room was presented so nicely and so so spacious. All the facilities you could ask for and theyre all free with your stay. Even the stuff they sell is so nice and beautiful. Its located in such a quite place as well. Still a 30-40min drive from the city centre but very close to the capital airport and free shuttle buses!! The staff are so friendly and sweet and they try their best to manage without much English speaking skills. The breakfast is cheap but you get what you paid for and it's enough to start your day at least. Really 1 night wasn't enough and I would love to stay longer in this hotel and the Atour group's hotel if they all look like this!!

We did stay for one night so we didnt properly get to explore what the hotel had on offer in terms of getting you to the city but I do wish that information was made easier to us if there was any. Otherwise there no complaint whatsoever!

Stunning place! The decor was beautiful and everything was incredibly clean. The staff were so kind, welcoming and exceptionally helpful. I’ll be sad to leave.

The air-conditioning was very poor. Room was at 23C which is too warm for me to sleep. After an hour of back and forth they allowed me to cancel and we moved to a proper five star. This is a three star not five by any standard.

The hotel did not respond to PM and is impossible to find on maps and for taxi's. Staff from other hotel of the same company had to bring us. Which we were very grateful for!!

Our room was perfectly clean and comfortable, so spacious and modern. Near the hotel are supermarket and restaurants. It's close to the airport, really good for a long layover.

Staff can improve their English knowledge for easier communication with foreign guests. Otherwise, staff were kind and helpful.
