- I asked for non smoking room but I got a smoking room. It was taken care of quickly by the friendly staff. Other room was great.Hotel should make sure that non smoking rooms remain as nonsmoking and deodorize if people smoke there.
- Room was smelling of cigarettes and It’s not that close to the airport as advertised. Even though I paid for the hotel in advance (with my card) they asked me for another 1,000yuen. I gave it to them in cash and was told this was a deposit but in the morning when I was in a hurry to catch my flight they only gave me 400y back. No one can really speak English and they couldn’t explain to me why did I have to pay twice. In my dictionary this is called theft.
