the room is very nice , also old ,love the bathroom

the food is not very nice . one of chair leg broken when my 8 years old son sitting down , he drop off the floor. nobody in the hotel says anything , they are more worry about the chair than the guest.

The staff were very helpful. By the second day, the kitchen staff remembered our tea and breakfast preferences.The room was spacious and had everything. If we wanted more of something, the staff were very accommodating and quick to respond.

The room was quite spacious and the view was amazing! The buffet breakfast was really good with a wide variety of western and Asian cuisines to choose from.The pool was fantastic! There were only 4-5 people in the pool area while we were there and my daughter and her best friend enjoyed swimming for some time.We stayed here for my daughter's birthday and the staff went above and beyond when they sent a delicious strawberry birthday cake to our room! Thank you, Kerry Hotel!Will be staying here again for sure!

The rooms, room service, restaurant buffet, location, staff, housekeeping, state of the art gym and wellness facilities in the changing rooms, the Olympic pool, tennis court and basketball court, the outdoor rooftop running track, all of it was absolutely outstanding! Oh and did I mention level two connects to the World China Mall, a 7 levelled multi building mall where you can find almost everything including incredible restaurants with the best views of the CCTV building! The metro is super close and we caught it everywhere across the city. Oh and we loved the small touches like getting snacks, fruits, and unlimited minibar daily. Our house keepers really took care of us as well as the restaurant staff and can’t thank them enough.

Perfect location ,large shopping mall connect to the hotel , only 25km to the Capital Airpot.New,clean and modern room, the most impressive is the fitness centre and indoor swimming pool. Excellent facilities.We go with a 10-year old kid, they kindly offer us extra bed.

We liked that we could accommodate the whole family in one room, and the hotel was very thoughtful to arrange our other family members to be in the rooms next to us.

Maybe if the kids playroom could be free or at least include one free entry with the room. Seems quite pricey if the kids just want to pop in to play for 20 mins or so.

Really like the location and the ability to get to everything we wanted to see. Being right next to the mall and groceries was a huge plus.

It is a little bit farther that anticipated from forbidden city, cab rides during peak times were a little challenging. taxi drivers often would try to charge a flat and inflated fee instead of using meter, especially if there was traffic. Not the hotel’s fault at all but it would be less prevalent if it were just a little bit closer to the action.

The location is amazing and the gym is great.

There is no foreign management in the hotel and it is very visible. The Internet access was very difficult and it made me lose a lot of time.

An enjoyable stay at the Kerry Hotel - it's in a nice clean part of town, plenty of parks and great restaurants close by. Great location for pick up drop off from locations like the airport and the Great Wall. The rooms are spacious and extremely clean, huge comfortable beds too! Friendly staff and a good shopping mall connected to the hotel with plenty of restaurants. Would stay again, fantastic hotel.

It was very clean.

The pool was very cold, the temperature really needs to be increased in the winter months so that people can use it comfortably. Also, it was not great that we had to walk past the conference area to get to the pool as when there was a conference on we had to navigate this in our hotel robes and slippers which made me feel rather uncomfortable.The local knowledge of the staff was only okay. 1 concierge was very good but the rest were lacking in local knowledge so we ended up having to work it out for ourselves. Also, location is only okay as no local shops to get supplies for families. Definitely more of a business hotel.

This hotel has been around for close to 30 years, which is old for Beijing Chaoyang standards, so it is a bit of a nostalgic experience. The executive lounge is still nice, but populated by loud locals, which makes working there a little difficult at times. The location is great if you have things to do in the Guomao area.

The standards have sagged tremendously over the years, the hotel is now a totally local thing, with not-so-well trained staff that does not speak English in most cases, which is OK if you speak Chinese, but must be hard if you don't. You should see the panic at the front desk or the concierge station when they see a foreign devil coming. The WiFi is bit of a disaster, it took me several hours to get it sorted with the hotel staff, and it can only be done during the working hours of the IT team, which means that if you arrive late, and for some reason your WiFi does not connect, you are without internet until they work again. They tried their best and I appreciate this, but this is all getting a little disappointing in the end.

Friendly staff, good location and convenience of the club.

Food served at the Club lounge in the evening was not good. Choice not good and what was available was not freshly prepared, and often too salty or oily.

Spacious room, super clean. The location is great - east 3rd ring road rarely gets super congested so we were able to go anywhere without encountering massive traffic

The bar/lounge on the first floor. My husband ordered double shot tanqueray with tonic - it was no where near double shot - a short single at best. And that drink was 25 dollars.Also the re-authorization charge takes a while to go away - as matter of fact, we have been checked out for a week now and that charge is still pending on our credit card record. Hopefully it goes away sometime...
