    • location
    • Good location
    • Nice hot water. Hotel staff very efficient fetching whatever it is that I needed. very nice location close to everything. A tourist might need in Bejing.

    Cons -

    • beds poor, A/C unreliable, no shampoo, no coffee
    • Extremely hard and uncomfortable beds. All a bit dated
    • Had difficulty Using the TV and setting up the air conditioner to provide heat. There was a little wear such as rust around the bathroom sink bowl. The beds were hard for westerners, but was given an extra puffy quilt to put under me which made it more comfortable.

10 min walking from metro station, inside a hutong and small local shops nearby

The terrace wasn’t open but besides that was great

Great location, comfortable room, kind stuff. Highly recommended for long and short stays too.

Really disorganized staff - I arrived after midnight and had already informed the hotel I would and they’d confirmed. I rang the buzzer since no one was at the front gate and ended up ringing it 5 times over a 15 minute period until someone woke up and asked me why I didn’t ring the buzzer. Then they couldn’t find my booking. It was 1:20am (30 minutes almost since I got there) that I finally got the key to my room.

Staff disorganized and said that they’d talk to their manager about what could be done given my situation and poor experience. They never followed up. I won’t stay here again. I’ve traveled to 41 countries and this was the worst staff experience I’ve had.

I liked it a lot Very nice rooms The location is amazing , because it very near to forbidden city and other famous places … which you can even reach easy by walking or with renting a bike . Biking is so easy in Beijing Good food shops around and nice very good local restaurant to eat I also love it because it’s located in are local Hutong area I als o booked because they have a very nice Terrasse with view to Jinghan Garden but it was closed , also the weather was very beautiful and warm … so I ask and it will only be open in summer - just that you know it !I will come back to this Hotel

The WiFi works - although I read the opposite from others. You just need a VPN as elsewhere in China. The staff was nice and the location was super close to all the tourist stuff.

It wasn’t that clean - and I would recommend that they actually enforce the no smoking thing. The whole hotel smelled of cigarettes, and sometimes even it got into my room.Other than that, the facilities were okay but nothing very nice. I think it’s just pricey to stay in Beijing, and not really get that much. You should also like a very very hard bed, because that’s what you get.

    Location was good

Bed was horrible. Vary thin mattress.was like sleeping on solid ground

Excellent service, great location, close to food shops. I really appreciate that the people who served me went out of their way to help me when I arrived at 2:30am in my taxi with no cash to pay, and I couldn’t get Weixin pay to work. I am very grateful.

If you don't mind walking, hotel is centrally located

Very bare bones. Beside shower gel and shampoo dispensers, no soap, no tooth brush or anything else (besides bottles of water) were provided.Beds were hard, matresses thing. Door card stopped working just before checkout.

    3JavierPosted on: 8-12-2024

    Poor

The mattresses were extremely hard. I could not sleep at all. I like hard mattresses but these felt like a wooden base. I asked to have a change of rooms, but the result was the same. I ended up putting 4 covers on top of the bed to cushion it a bit. I have travelled a lot, and I had never experienced something like this. I would not recommend this hotel.

Quick checkin. Not too far from a station on the mainline

Very hard beds. No cushioning at all.

    8NitinPosted on: 7-24-2024

Checked in very quickly after a long journey.

The bed was incredibly hard. Too firm.

Location: Right next to JingShan Park, within walking distance to many tourist attractionsPublic area: Nice reading area on the second floorPrice: A good deal for this central locationStorage room: Lots and lots of storage rooms in the roomBathroom: No bad smell, very good drainage

Breakfast: Brown bag only with milk and a simple sandwich, however there are many small diners nearby to have breakfastBed: It's a little too hard to my likingLight: No night light, thankfully I brought my solar light for campingInternet: Could be spotty in the room, better at the lobby

    Location

The bed was absolutely horrible! Have been traveling with a campervan for 4 weeks and even that bed was more comfortable. The staff could not speak any other language besides Chinese, very inconvenient for a hotel. Same as finding the place, it’s not visible from the streets and even taxi drivers couldn’t find it. Absolutely terrible experience

    5andrewPosted on: 5-22-2024

Staff were just playing video games and complained when i had a request. tried to charge me cash even though i had paid through booking.com, then pretended to phone someone and said its ok. Attempted fraud, luckily i didn't fall for it.

Staff were unfriendly and bed was old

    1. Location is good. But you have to put efforts to find it among the buildings2. Nice room. Tea pot is there, but tea is not provided 3. One lady of the all staff was helpful

    1. Internet! No internet in the room at all. If you need internet (as we all foreigners do), i wouldn't choose this place again.2. Twise i put sign "do not disturb" on the door, twise they ignored it. They entered the room even if i say do not enter.
