The only good point about this hotel is the location. But there are many other hotels in the area.

Very unfriendly staff and dirty rooms.

The location is great. Subway line 10 is near and only takes 5 minutes to get to the hotel once leaving exit DThe staff was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay here again.Many western type foods are also available as well as a great shopping mall.

We found two dead roaches that were crushed into the carpet in the hallway leading to the elevators from our room on the 11 floor. We did not see any roaches in our rooms. This is China, you will be hard pressed to find any hotel that doesn't have some sort of a roach problem. Big or small.Rooms are nice size but bathrooms are small.Do not pay extra for room with a view option. Every room has a view. The building is in the shape of a triangle.

Location is great, close to subway.

Air conditioning was not working well so the room was hot, need to open the window but then it was noisy

Location is very good just a 5 mins walk to shopping malls.

We went in Feb where temp was cold. However the heater in room was a bit overkill we felt to warm and we need to open the windows to cool the room. We were told during this period air in room only has hot air temperature can't be set.

Continental breakfast was extremely limited in choice. No food to be found if you get back in the moglie of the night. Temperature in the room not adjustable (despite there being a thermostat).

Like the ambience of the hotel. Cleariness is good, bed comfy. Area is too touristy and easy to travel to majot attractions. Is located along the mail road, getting taxi to pick up is very convenient. Train station is about 5-10mins walk from hotel.

Though the staff are helpful in general but lack of smiles and friendlyness. There's room for improvemnt for this aspect.

Very kind staff, very comfortable room, very large and with a beautiful bed. Good breakfast, with very wide choice of food. Location was OK for my specific destination (Italian Embassy) - not ideal for tourism.

Obviously the hotel has some provisional arrangements due to some heavy road work in the area. A very small side entrance, a sort of labyrinth to reach the elevator and check-in at second floor, in a small room. Not easy to understand when you arrive - better info, maybe a warning note by e-mail when you reserve the room could be helpful and avoid a bad initial impact.

great location very close to the tube station and easy access to other places such as Sanlitun. The coffee bar /kitchen next to the reception desk is a great idea I went there for coffee and tea also snacks fruits they are all complimentry .Please keep that which is the bonus for in house guests.

The breakfast was not worth that money which i paid I would rather explore local restuarants for breakfast

Good location in Sanlitun area, close to the MTR stop , embassies, shopping malls, western restaurants and clubs.Clean room, beautifull bathroom with good water pressure in the shower, espresso coffee machine with many choices of coffee aroma capsules for free was a plus and added value.In the Lobby there are fresh fruit and espresso machine with many choices of aroma coffee capsules for free , that was a nice surprise. Excellent helpfull staff can also speak fluently english. Value for money, reccomanded.

Great location tuanjiehu tube station is about 4 mins walking distance. Close to Sanlitun and agricultural exhibition. Over 1hr drive to Daxing APT. Many restaurants nearby.

The noise from the main road which was annoying me during my stay due to I had jet lag I could hear the construction noise from 17th floor. The variety of breakfast which was not a good value for 238RMB. Better to have local ones outside.
