Legendale Hotel Beijing

Good location, comfortable beds, excellent service quality of staff, and quick response to customer's requests.

Room equipment is lack of maintenance. The some lights do not work, and water is leaking from shower bath.

Enjoyed the room upgrade, visually stunning, good location.

Service may suffer because the hotel is too large. The pool was out of service. Breakfast was not that great from a western perspective.

Our room was surprisingly large and was very comfortable. the bathroom was also spacious and was well equipped - nice shower, lots of hot water and big plush towels. The breakfast buffet was very good and the gym was also better equipped than expected. The staff at the concierge desk was especially helpful and responsive. They gave us good directions, tips on where to eat and helped us plan a couple of sightseeing trips.

Everything was great, very comfortable bed, pleasant room, beautiful hotel

Even when I set the temperature to 16 degrees, it continued to heat up instead of cooling down. In the end, the room was about 28 degrees. And it was impossible to do anything to cool the room. When I asked the staff if I was setting the air conditioner incorrectly, they replied that it simply wasn't working for cooling. But then why does the system itself show that it's set to cool? Not all rooms have windows. It was simply impossible to sleep at night, it was very stuffy.

Spacious room and bathroom, location, staff, cleanliness

Requires little bit of maintenance especially in the bathroom

Stayed here end of July 2025 for a few nights while visiting Beijing & thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Everything was spot on. Location excellent for shopping &/or sightseeing. All the staff friendly & extremely helpful. (Shout out to Jason on the Concierge desk). The breakfast was really good with a fantastic array of food, something there to suit every possible taste. Will definitely stay at the Legendale again next time I'm in Beijing.

Our stay at Legendale Hotel Beijing was amazing. The rooms were very comfortable, and the building itself is stunning. The staff were extremely attentive, making us feel well taken care of throughout our stay. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of variety—including a live eggs and omelette station. The hotel’s location is great, close to the city center. We didn’t get a chance to explore the pool or spa amenities this time, but we’re looking forward to enjoying them on our next visit (cost was a bit higher than expected).

The location, staff, and cleaning were all good.

spacious room with very comfortable and clean bed in a very good location.

Our room was exceptional. Large and comfortable. The bathroom was huge and separate toilet and bath. I love it.

There was no food in the bar for something to share while having a drink. Free popcorn only :(. I wish they have something

Exceptional interior design, perfect Service, very good location

A beautiful hotel with impressive lobby area. Rooms were large and bathroom was beautiful. Lovely pool area. Close to the train for easy access. Good breakfast.

Beautiful rooms. Loved the decor and the big bathtub in the bathroom :) Staff were also very friendly and accommodating.

Room was a little cold.

Its was so amazing. The decoration, staffs, services ?

The room is big, comfortable, with lots of amenities. Staff were courteous and reliable. Food were good

We stayed here as a family for 7 days and had a very comfortable and enjoyable experience. The rooms were cleaned every day, spacious, and perfect for our needs. Great location.

The Legendale is a beautiful 5 star hotel that takes you back to the golden age of hotels with doormen and bell hops. The breakfast was spectacular, the spa was nice, and the Chinese restaurant was one of the best places we had a meal, we ate there twice. The close promptly at 10pm and ask you to pay the bill even if you’re eating. That was a little glitch. They have an English and Italian speaking staff for help upon checkin which was very helpful.

The lobby was truly magical all decorated for Christmas but because the lobby is home to shops and restaurants so it’s also packed full with influcencers, which seems theatrical the first few times you see them, women of all ages posing on the steps for photo shoots. It doesn’t seem problematic but they’re in the bathroom next to the gym, in the lobby of the spa, at the bar behind the lobby occupying tables, up on the second floor posing in front of the Christmas tree, this goes on all day and into the evening, they’re completely unaware of people like us staying at the hotel wanting to enjoy a cocktail. We ended up not having any other drinks or tea in the lobby due to this. I inquired to a staff member about what was going on, and she told that they’re allowed and it was normal, but we had trouble entering into the hotel on a few occasions, it was so full. They have to give them specific hours to do their photo shoots otherwise it truly hinders the stay of hotel patrons.

Room is very spacious, clean, bed is comfy. Bathroom is huge.Staff is extremely helpful. We lost a package and they have done everything they can to help us find it.

The location is great, near to Tian An Men, Place, Wangfujin walking street. What I like most is the spacious rooms and the overall look and feel of the hotel. Hotel lobby is beautiful. Staff is great!

Walls in the room has some cracks. Lighting is not bright enough in the room. Lighting in the bathroom is great. The hotel due for refurb.

Great location. Conveniently located near Wangfujing. Walkable distance to the forbidden palace. Numerous affordable local breakfast restaurants couple blocks to the left of hotel.

Dated property can be seen if looking at corners and baseboards.
