Pros +
- Excellent location, walking distance to subway. Close to various restaurants and fast food stores, including a 24 hours pharmacy's store. The concierge serves were curtesy and helpful. The outmost was their restaurant services, excellent buffet breakfast.
- Friendly staff, clean environment and swimming pool etc. everything is great except the slow internet speed.
- Friendly staff, big room, excellent swimming pool and gym services.
Cons -
- It is non smoking hotel, but hallway smells smoke. Carpet in room and hallway needs refreshment or replacement, i.e. kinda old. Hope they can provide a small mint mouth wash.
- Slow internet speed
- Very slow wifi connection (Speedtest result: download/upload rate: about 3M/1M), and not easy to be connected. slow 4G cell phone speed in the hotel area. It could be the reason we would give-up this hotel in the future.

location, room.
no wifi in loby
Comfortable beds Bath in room Free fruit each day Friendly
The bathroom had some poor repair work on panels but it wasn't too noticeable
Very luxurious room. Nice to have English-speaking staff.
We booked because it advertised an indoor pool and airport transfers. To use the pool, they forced you to buy a bathing cap for a huge sum. The airport transfer meant they'd call you a cab.
There was very little to like. The location was ok. This hotel is not a 5 star property.
This hotel is not a 5 star property. 3.5'star is a fair raring. The surrounding shops and services are very low end. Most notably, I exchanged money twice and was given counterfeit 100 RMB notes. The manager, refused to help rectify this theft
Good location. Clean and comfortable
There was a hassle at the reception when we checked out. During check in we left the deposit, specifically telling the staff that we are leaving the deposit in cash and wanted it back during the check out as well in cash. However, during check out they returned it thru bank transfer without even asking us. Knowing how long it usually takes with international transfers between banks, we were of course frustrated. Fortunately after long discussions (difficult due to lack of English skills of the staff) they managed to cancel the bank transfer and returned the cash. This is minor detail, but it spoiled the impression.
Location
Struggled using card to pay
I've been told that my room is a double bed, but I request king size at the reservation.
Good connection too airport.
Lack of English speaking skills.
