This property has top tier customer service. They speak in English and accommodated any possible request that we had. Our stay was perfect. The metro was a few blocks away but the area itself is already lively.

Corridors walls felt thin, could hear other guests roll their luggage down the hall way, and some early riser aunties speaking loudly

Everything was great, the staff were so helpful and nice. They even assisted to carry some of our luggage to the taxi and let us check in early. Would recommend!!

We got a reservation at this hotel after our initial reservation at another hotel of this company was cancelled by the owner because of renovation works. I never visited Beijing before and was not familiar with the practice of the goverment and people (reservations of attractions prior to visiting, carrying passport all the time, thorough security checks at metro and attractions etc) but got used to it. The hotel its self is relatively modern. The room size was OK. The location was also OK, lots of good eating places (very cheap also) and a metro station is within 5 minutes of walking; with Line 2 you can travel to the city center and all main attractions which was really nice. Breakfast included in price was also fine, eating options for Westeners were not few and were fine. I would rate the staff with a 11/10 because they helped with nearly everything: ordering taxi over DiDi, booking taxi to the airport at midnight, laundry for free. We got free water bottles every day, which I found really nice. The staff was exceptional!

As said we booked initially at another hotel of the company and I paid for a Superior Queen Room which looked really spacious on the photos and got a Deluxe Room at the end (which was smaller and less convenient). The room had a really bad smell as we stepped in, like someone was smoking (although "no smoking" signs were all over the place and a smoking detector was at place). My 6-year old daughter found cigarette butts under the bed! On the following morning the smell was gone (as we do not smoke) but the bad impression remained. These things did not ruin our stay, that is why I rate the hotel with an 8. Without these, they could a 10/10 because the staff was really really polite.

Good location, very clean, friendly staff

The staff are super friendly and helpful. Rooms are HUGE and clean with voice control for lighting/entertainment, with many little traditional chinese touches (detailed fabric on the chairs, customised towel, traditional windown frame etc.), i also liked the fact that the floor is not carpet but not cold on your feet. They provide complimentary slippers (even a cute children's pair for my daughter), Toothbrush & toothpaste (again, attention to detail with providing a children's set for my daughter). Free tea and coffee and chinese snacks that my daughter loved. The location is fabulous (30mins walk to Forbidden City - we chose not to get the subway or taxi due to the amount of crowd). With multiple eateries on the door step - which made things so much less stressful for us travelling with a child and a 5 months old baby.. we had a superb hotpot next door and traditional breakfast 3 doors down at a street corner. We also took a stroll in the morning the soak in the local culture and found many more.good traditional eateries and coffee shops. Very easy to get a taxi (using the chinese DiDi app) which is not always the case in Beijing. Checkout at midday/noon is such a nice touch. Having been to Beijing many times, this is the best I have stayed. For the price, this is amazing and I will certainly stay again and recommend it to friends and family.

Nothing apart from maybe add some additional hooks in the room to hang used bath towels.

Shower could be a little cleaner, the shower power was poor and water was switching from hot and cold randomly. But besides these details everything was very good

Hotel is located at a very convenient location, close to restaurants and next to a supermarket. Short walk to various tourist sights too. Self-service washing machine and dryer were very useful to have. Direct car drop-off in front of hotel. Very friendly and approachable staff, helpful and nice. Complimentary coffee, tea and snacks at the lobby. 大宝和小宝谢谢你们的爱戴与照顾！?‍?‍?‍???

Some parts of the room were a little old and worn. It was not a big issue.

Disappointing StayI recently stayed at Tang Fu and was unfortunately left disappointed with the cleanliness and maintenance of my room. Upon arrival, I noticed a strong unpleasant odor in the room, which lingered throughout my stay. Furthermore, the room was not cleaned to a satisfactory standard, with visible dirt and stains.While the hotel's location and staff were pleasant, the subpar cleanliness and maintenance overshadowed my overall experience. I hope the hotel takes steps to address these issues and provide a more comfortable stay for future guests.Rating: 2/5

It was nearby and accessible for everything and the staffs were very friendly and helpful

The room was not comfortable there were a mould On the ceiling, the toilet was very uncomfortable especially when you travel in a group. I did saw the toilet in the picture when booking. But sometimes they gotta put the toilet inside picture

We stayed here for just one night on a layover and loved it. The outside of the hotel has a traditional look but the rooms inside are very modern and spacious with huge comfortable beds. Although the staff couldn't speak much English (they used a translation app) they were so friendly. They gave us lots of free snacks from reception as well as giving some little gifts to my daughter (cute slippers and a comb) who was so happy! The hotel is in a good location a 10 minute walk from Beixinqiao station and a 20 minute walk to Shichahai where there is a lovely river and lots of markets and street food and things going on. Highly recommend for a short stay in Beijing!

The hotel was little tricky to find as it doesn't come up on Google maps and the location is very slightly off.

Hotel staff are superb!! Great hospitality extended, especially by Nana & Hwang Guo Jun of the reception & Liu "ah yi" of housekeeping.Hotel is strategically located too!

I highly recommend this hotel for Beijing visitors. I only had one night in Beijing so I have been looking for a hotel where I can easily travel from international airport and a good location. The entrance is so small but inside the building is surprisingly spacious and modern. My room is equipped, nice and clean. Amenities are offered. The best part is they provide a toilet seat cover for hygiene. All the ladies are so kind and helpful. My flight was canceled the next morning and they helped me contacting the airline twice. They patiently use a translator application to explain me everything. I am so touched by their help and kindness. If you are looking for a comfortable place to stay during your trip, this hotel is recommend.
