Pros +
- Very cleanGood service (staff were thoughtful to give the elderly ground floor rooms and are very patient and very helpful with laundry services)No issues hailing didi rides Near food stalls, convenience store and good coffee
- Breakfast cost extra, but was a nice spread of chinese and western. The kitchen staff were friendly and helpful. The location was central, between two big metro hubs. Lots of restaurants and services in the area.
- Friendly staff
Cons -
- NIL
- Front desk staff communicated by translating into english on an app, even though i talked to them in chinese. Although I liked the area the hotel was located in, it was just in between two metro stations, with not so accessible paths to and from the hotel. Walking to the station everyday was fine, but a hassle to get to with rolling luggage. If you have a big bag, I'd look into getting a cab from the metro station.
- Room to room call weren’t available and not as clean as expected

The modern fixtures and huge bathroom
Smell in corridor, and original room booking was a mistake, apparently some rooms are windowless so it was extremely warm and stuffy. Booking.com room description does not state that some room types are windowless.
The room is rather new and super clean. Quite comfortable to stay in. The surrounding is very lively, with supermarket and cafes. It is around 800m away from the nearest metro station (line 1 and line 2).
I like that there are a lot of food options, and 7 eleven around!
It is quite a walk to the mrt station. Although it’s a straight forward walk, it is difficult with luggage so we Had to take taxi!
Excellent staff, very helpfull and cooperative. The hotel is excellent, food and rooms exceptional.
Everything was great and the staff was super polite. They did everything they could to help us when needed.
