Hotel Eclat Beijing

This hotel was outstanding from top to bottom. The rooms were amazing (we sprung for one with a private balcony). From the Dyson hair dryer, to the massage seat, to the artsy robes and phenom bidet...everything was a pleasant surprise. The service A+!

It isn't in an area completely surrounded by restaurants or hotels, however we didn't explore too far. It is close to the subway and that suited us.

This modern hotel is a treasure, like staying in a museum. There is art in the room, in the hallways, in reception, in the whole building. Turn down service with little chocolate goodies, a great breakfast, sweets at the front desk, welcome drinks.

A little out of the way to the forbidden city, but an easy cab ride. Very little not to like about this hotel, it's a gem.

Staff was amazingly attentive and helpful. Especially hotel employees, who helped us repeatedly with planning in Beijing. The art throughout the hotel is beautiful, it's as though you are staying in a modern art museum.

Basically nothing. Extra towels in the bathroom would be nice, and outlets at both sides of the bed.

Staffs were excellent. Very accommodating and helped us with all our needs. I would certainly go back. Above and beyond our expectations.

Great hotel, very well located for us; the (eclectic) art is overwhelming at first, but the comfort is fantastic. Having the mall annexed to the hotel is clearly a plus.

Amazing staff (Henry, William, Tony and Mia) actually everyone. Dany, the general manager was absolutely incredible with wonderful tour suggestions and great conversation in general. The plethora of artwork is breathtaking. Room with terrace was a treat!!!! Can’t wait to go back and experience again. Stayed 5 nights and could have stayed much longer !! Thanks to everyone!

Not a thing

Loved the location in the centrally located and beautiful Parkview Green mall. Also, loved all of the art in and around the hotel and the excellent service. Restaurant was small but excellent.

High deposit for the room and slightly annoying when I was asked to add to the deposit after signing a dinner to my room.

The hotel is clean and comfortable. There is a shopping mall connected to the hotel where you can find many restaurants and coffee shops like Starbucks

The outside of the property was ok. It’s built within a mall, even though the mall doesn’t have any supermarket or good tea place. Barely any brand worth shopping at.

I was at another hotel with a similar price (Ritz Carlton). The service of Eclat was nothing close to Ritz. The service you get here is just like a 3 star hotel. They barely provide any service besides saying hi. 5 star hotel is not just the price! You need to provide service of the money I paid!

The rooms and public spaces were beautiful. We loved the terrace outside the room that felt somewhat in between indoors and outdoors.

The only thing that I would have expected that wasn’t there was a better quality restaurant in the main hotel. The Georges restaurant was fine for breakfast. However, for dinner I would have expected a more intimate, upscale space with more appropriate lighting. It felt like I was eating in a cafeteria.

Clean room, comfortable beds, good breakfast, staff amiable and helpfull. The hotel's decor is absolutely remarkable, you feel like you're in an art gallery.

The windows could not be open at all (17 floor), so a room with a terrace would be a better option for those who need fresh air.

Room , no windows, very hot balcony, no reason for balcony at all. We took afternoon tee but was out , and never serve tea for us

The PEOPLE and the ART….. What a place, I am not an art person but what and incredible place… every room is inviting, all the employees are amazing, management is second to none.The manager, Danny and one of his key employees, William, made our trip “UNFORGETTABLE “..

Location, the architecture of the building, the shopping mall adjacent, luxury stay

Some things are a little outdated; very nice b&o speaker on the room, but works with cd and radio, no Bluetooth.

Breakfast was exceptionally good. Very clean with all trained staff.

The Room and clean and serviced 2-3 times a day, The Staff are amazing!!! Breakfast was great and as far as the location it was perfect for my business needs and is attached to a very artistic mall with lots of food and shopping. The art work in the hotel is fantastic!

All is perfect. The design, room , size, minibar foc, staff service , Bathroom. Huge Choice for breakfast.The Staff is Kind and helpful. And especially the room with Terrasse is a Dream. There is no better in Hotel in China.

No swimming-pool. I did not find the button to open the curtains (why should that be automated anyway?)…

The breakfast-buffet was included. The room was absolutely comfortable with very expensive bathroom. The location is the best.

Attentive staff, beautiful venue, clean, unique, interesting, free unlimited water was a massive ++++++++
