Helpful Staffs and Breakfast.

Too many room issues; shower water not draining well, air condition not working well, very limited English TV channels, etc.??.

Old mold or dirt buildup in shower area, shuttle was not consistent

The dining restaurant was good. There were a variety of food to choose from. The chef and staff were very professional.

They staff that I encountered with room services were rude and impatient with me and my guests. The bathroom was a mess. Water seeped from the floors and we had to keep towels on the floor to soak up. The shower stall over flood with water.

Did not get the room I booked online. They charged double from what was on my invoice for only one bed vs the two bed I requested. Did not come with complimentary breakfast like advertised. Horrible service

The property is located close to the Capital international airport, the hotel provides shuttle bus service for its customers, further the hotel was clean, and staff were very responsive, the restaurant in the hotel was very big and both buffet breakfast and other individually ordered food were ok , I would rate food taste to be 7/10. The only con during my stay is hotel WiFi, it’s slow and your foreign will never work fine with the WiFi network, so if you have your own mobile network and want to stay close to airport then this is the right place.

It was not possible to adjust the temperature in the room. It is centrally controlled, and ours was set to around 26 degrees.The reception had trouble finding a small package with samples. They found it when I was leaving, when I no longer needed it.The interior of the hotel looks very neglected and worn out

Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great with a lot of variety of food. Airport shuttle bus services were great.

The shuttle bus service was very disappointing. It was one of the reasons we booked the hotel. But it was late for about 40minutes when it picked us up and was already left when it was going to take us to the airport. We agreed to meet at 8am but when we went to the door at 8am it was already gone so we had to catch a taxi.

Missing shuttle from airport during night. Than we were subject to taxi scammers. Hotel is rather old. Request for extra service was simply rejected. No effort from reception can be expected….

The hotel is located not far from the airport. We came very early in the morning, so we couldn't reserve the free transfer and we had to take a taxi, but on our way back to the airport they took us there for free. We enjoyed the breakfast: various dishes, drinks, it was very substantial. The room is big and clean. There were fruits for us on the table in the room.

A little further from the airport than expected. A very small selection of food when we arrived at 8pm was not of great quality. Breakfast not too bad though

It was all good.

Wi-Fi in the hotel was almost unusable. Access to most of European websites restricted. Over 1 hour taxi ride from the airport. Same by subway. Good hotel but far away from the airport. English very limited but staff members friendly.

Large room and clean.

They helped us with a free shuttle for our flight out that evening. It was really helpful. Everyone spoke english well as well. They accepted mastercard unlike most places in Beijing.

More late night shuttle options. Our flight was in the early hours of the morning and we would of preferred a shuttle closer to the time we needed to be there, the last one left at 10pm.

Amazing hotel in the airport area. Subway station Nanfaxin line 15 in about 15 min walk, quiet neighbourhood. Perfect breakfast! Clean and spacious room! Staff very friendly and extremely helpful. Highly recommended!
