Crowne Plaza Beijing Zhongguancun By IHG

the location was great for me because of the proximity to Peking University, and public transit. they have a great breakfast buffet and a very good Chinese restaurant upstairs. Great pool and health club. Room was cleaned daily by attentive staff

Room was clean, and the location was convenient. The breakfast was wonderful! I would like to come again.

Ms. Viki is precise and well explained on enquiry and provides extra help needed.

Simple and courteous when services is needed.

excellent service, very kind staff, exceptional breakfast and dinner buffets, many thanks again for my birthday cake!

Staff service very good especially 赵现凤 and Guo Li who gave us very good service.

the room was very hot and thus not comfortable. Staff helped by providing a standing fan but room is still hot.

Location, easy check-in procedure

unnecessary staff on the floor

Excellent hotel in Beijing with well kept facilities, rooms with great views in the top floors and great breakfast / and room service food. Would certainly recommend especially if visiting the area for work purposes.

Location was perfect. Walking distance (6 mins) to subway Line 4 and Line 10. Line 4 is connected to Beijing South railway station where a lot of high speed trains departure from, and the Daxing Airport. Line 10 is a ring route that connects the a lot of business / shopping areas. The area quiet.Staff was friendly. Yuqin helped with room supplies and was nice to talk to. The staff at the gym and swimming pool were supportive and warm.Room facilities are a bit old, but compensated by the generous size.

The spa area and pool were wonderful after long days of meetings. Also, the staff was very helpful with advice and assistance for how to get to sightseeing spots and asking for cars when necessary. I especially thank Álvaro Liu and Marina at the buffet for their warm welcome and service. I also liked the range of pillows to choose from.

Nothing. It was a really a great stay - highly recommended.

Staff were friendly, trying to help whenever required.

Price was high.Breakfast was very fair & limited. No room service after 9 !!The hotel is missing Crowne Plaza Standard.Very few Staff speaks English.

All the staff were very helpful from front desk, concierge to cleaning. A staff by the surname of Cheng even offered her contact solution to us when we needed one!

Zhao guo did a really good job cleaning my room and giving me extra water when I needed it.

This is a very nice hotel, in a pleasant location. The staff is great, the rooms are elegant and well equipped, the lounge with view on the mountains is perfect for a day of work (and thanks a lot to the lounge staff who got a phone charger delivered to me!) The pool is perfect for actual swimming.

The breakfast was not good. The first room I got smelled of smoke, but the staff promptly found another room and it was perfect.

The location was good. We used taxi's as they were very cheap. Breakfast was very good with a huge choice. Concierge was very helpful. Lovely view of the city from our room and bathroom. Variety of restaurants very close to our hotel.

We had 4 in a room, 2 double beds which were quite small.

Monica at the reception is very helpful and professional . Thank you .

The mini playground facility at the breakfast is very noisy.
