The bond return was not reasonable.

Clean, cozy, colorful and comfortable. Staff at reception was helpful when we wanted to extend our checkout to 5PM due to late flight or when we needed a help with parking. Staff at the breakfast was also very friendly and kind.We had room on 14th floor in the corner facing river and cityscape. The sunsets were great and the night city lights feels like you are touching the city. I can imagine that different rooms might leave different experience.

You need to think and plan the parking a little bit, but it is managable. Also, you cannot open windows, so your only intake of air is via AC (ventilation or a/c).

Everyday same repetitive menu and very less selection of chicken based and veg items.

Very small rooms, no working table and chair for working professionals. The provided chair and stool does not help.

Room was small but comfortable and very nice bed. Infact the bed was what made the stay memorable

I didn't appreciate the reception staff on checkout . They didn't acknowledge while waiting to check out, no queue , I had to interrupt them talking to each other just to checkout. No good bye not thanks just took my key card and went back to talking. I left with a feeling of no longer wanted .

The place was clean. Shower was really good. Nice firm bed. Enjoyed our stay.

The fridge was too small.

We like the property because it was self contained with a nice restaurant and was located in a wonderful and convenient area of town. Restaurants, coffee shops and groceries were nearby as well as easy walking along the river front. The staff was amazing and helpful.

Thatvtge smoke detector had a plastic bag over it. That there was actually no sitting areas, tge room was too small

Exceptional front of house service who warmly greet and interact with you. Beautifully quiet clean and well presented lobby with ample seating. Environmental aware hotel offering fill your own filtered water station. Compact, well presented and laid out rooms with a ceiling to floor several metres wide, centred window that creates the most stunning and relaxing night view of the city light scape. The bathroom developed an ego, showing off an extra large glass door shower, but wait... With awesome water pressure!! Finally!! Inbuilt Body/Hair/Face wash dispensers on the vanity and in the shower with a clean sleek overall appearance that shows effective budget elegance does really exist! Fancy that! Ohhhhh... But if it's that rest and solid slumber your chasing, then get into that set of overworn and overloved pj's, pull those crisp cool snow white sheets back, and get in for an uncontrollable 3 minute roll around and stretch, as your pillows soften down...the bedside lamp goes off.....and you slowly start to close your eyes, smile in contentment.... as your whole body and mind return to that place as a child where the bed soothes you to sleep...with that perfect touch of ambient glow from the city lights.... streamed through the window....* a light snore begins be heard*This was my much needed experience, I hope it is yours to enjoy one-day too.

They don't allow you to sleep forever or take the squishy soft face snuggling pillows with you

The little fridge didn't keep anything cold. It was cool but not cold. No way to adjust

Foods were so amazing loved it. It was a quiet place and Helpful staffs.

Complimentary water should be provided in the room. We always need to go to level 1 to get water, and the worst part is only 1 bottle of water at a time. We're four persons 1 bottle is not enough. Needs to bargain with their manager for us to get 2 bottles.

Central location. Comfortable, modern room with a retro touch. Bathroom was nice and modern with a large shower with great water pressure and temp regulation. Bar was nice with a good selection and well priced. Staff were friendly. Price point was good. Clean and fresh.

The main access door being a revolving door. Room was a little small, bar fridge too small. But was adequate for what we needed. Only had very minor things to not like.

Great location for event at Optus Stadium. Great restaurant for dinner, great buffet breakfast options.

Great location we stayed here due to an event at Optus stadium. The room was well priced and everything we needed. A nice park round the corner for our little one and the river close by. Would recommend! Very clean.
