it is walking distance to the hospital and drs office. great rooms. good amenities.

i placed 2 maintenance requests in on the room. things that were not working correctly.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.The water pressure in the bathroom was was very good.Adding to the appeal was the coffee machine.

The fridge wasn't working.That was the only negative

Perfect location for what we needed. Loved the room- super generously spaced and loved the little balcony for fresh air.

The location is great only 6 mins walk from the train station. They have everything, like gym, vending machines, washing machines, and dryers. The staff is professional and friendly.

The location was good, close to the railway station and a major shopping centre, library and restaurants. The apartment was spacious. The daily replenishment of coffee pods and tea bags was appreciated. The receptionists were all friendly, polite and professional. On the last night of our stay, there was a power blackout of around 45 minutes, and the staff on duty handled it very well, handing out torches and making sure the guests were able to return to their apartments via the fire stairs to wait out the power interruption.

A bit pricey for a suburb 25km from the city centre.

Location. Always choose Quest for my ANZ trips.

The shower rain was leaking.

Everything was as expected, friendly staff and well maintained rooms.

One of the occupants was making loud noises on the balcony while naked in the early mornings. Phoned reception but no answer. Found out when we reported that we should have phoned an alternative number. However the staff have dealt with the person as someone else also complaint. It might be worth having these numbers available for after hours on speed dial on the telephones. Not nice to experience this after a long flight.

Everything, it smelt fresh all over, the staff were very polite and helpful, the room was perfect, there was nothing to dislike.

Nothing, it's a credit to the management and staff for presenting something so polished and very comfortable, we will definitely be staying regular

I requested for a low pillow. It was already arranged before I checked in. Every other hotel I stayed...I have to again ask for it, despite informing them in advance

Clean and modern facilities... Really enjoyed the Nespresso machine

Their onsite car park could get full

We experienced easy access with street parking and a very lovely view of the Lake. Close to a number of meal choices.

The shelf where the microwave was. You kept bumping your head.

The chrome cast TV was good for watching movies and TV shows from the bed and hit was nice to have the coffee machine to make a nice hot coffee for the morning
