Loved the location and the view. The staff were exceptional. Great service.

We were given a room that I would describe a disabled persons room (1109) where the shower was only luke warm for obvious reasons, however, we couldn't have a hot shower. When you spend that type of money per night, you expect to be able to get a hot shower.

Amazing location and service. Went for our honeymoon and they made it feel really special.

Everything was good. Parking an issue and too expensive to valet park!

It was the Ritz-Carlton, so of course everything was very good. However, I cannot say that the overall experience was superior. It felt fairly ordinary compared to other hotels that we stayed at on our journey. The room was nice, but not overly impressive, and the staff was friendly and helpful, but not overly so. All in all, a very good property, but don't expect the white glove treatment.

Everything was so wonderful. The check in to house keeping to the beautiful room and view was amazing.

Parking was a bit expensive.

Some staff need to be more careful while providing service especially in the hotel’s restaurant. A waitress accidentally dropped and poured a tray of iced coffee while I was having breakfast at the hotel’s restaurant, broken glasses everywhere, my pants were soaked with coffee right before I was about to head out for my appointment ?Another incident was at dinner time (at the same hotel restaurant), a waitress didn’t get my order through to the kitchen so my mom and I had to wait more than 40 mins for our food and we were just arrived from flying 7 hours so we were quite tired.

The location and the view from my room were excellent.

A staff member entered my room at least twice despite the “Do Not Disturb” sign being displayed. This had happened on a previous stay as well. The first time, they claimed to be bringing water, though I already had eight bottles. I was outside at the time and saw the extra bottles left there. I reported this to reception, and they assured me it would not happen again.However, on my last day, while I was checking out and the “Do Not Disturb” sign was still on, another staff member entered to clean. She moved everything around and placed hand towels under various small items, which was quite odd.In addition, the control buttons for the blinds didn’t work properly — sometimes they didn’t respond, and other times they moved in the wrong direction. It often took so many attempts to close them fully.

Convienent location, new and clean. Met my needs for a business trip. Staff were friendly and accomodating. Nice location for a walk around the area.

Inhouse dining was good. but no trolly with food. With the cost position of this hotel it seems odd you are expected to carry your own tray out into the hallway after you have eaten. This may seem a little entitled, but narrow doorways, locked doors and and old man makes for an uncomfortable exercise at the end of an otherwise pleasent meal expierience. Something normal for lesser hotels.

We had a truly wonderful stay at The Ritz-Carlton Perth. The location is absolutely perfect, nestled right on the waterfront with stunning views and easy access to the heart of the city.The service was impeccable from start to finish. Great location Comfortable beds.

Terrible service. - Valet - did not receive direction on valet parking ( which we paid for ) even after asking 3 different people at reception/valet in 3 different ways. Each kept handballing us to the other. - Check-in - no assistance was offered to bring up our luggage. At all other hotels i've ever stayed at, I was always offered this - so this was quite strange to me. - Spa - I walked into the spa trying to figure out where the sauna and the hot pool were -spa reception was unstaffed and nothing was sign-posted, so I made a wrong turn( it was not cordoned off or anything, it looked like any other door ). Immediately someone turns up and tells me off. I apologise and explain. She does nothing to acknowledge my apology and continues in a snobby, borderlining on rude tone, giving me directions. Very poor guest treatment. - Poolside - tried to order a drink in the evening ~5.00 pm - was told they can only do wines? interesting. ( I am a person of colour and was by myself for all above interactions with staff - my white husband received better treatment- which was interesting also ) In Room - - Bathrooms - shower was terrible. It kept dropping off of it's hinge and the only way to use it was to hold it up with one hand while showering with the other- Toilteries - all bottles had to be pumped 5-6 times to get a regular one-pump worth of product. Pumps were also wound up different- almost like they didn't want you to use the product while you were staying with them? weird. - Toilet - flush wouldn't work once every 3 times. You had to give it 10 mins, come back and try it. Speak of poor facilities. Showering at this hotel was stressful - not what I need when I'm on vacation.

It was lovely hotel staff were friendly, clean.

Bar closes too early 10pm when on holiday is not the greatest.

All that was missing was a sauna, great location except no parkingRoom was excellent!! Bathroom exceeded expectations

House keeping was inconsistent, some days had to chase front desk for room make up and fresh towels

Absolutely fabulous!!! We were upgraded to a suite as it was my husbands birthday, were given cake and because they didn't bring the bottle of wine I ordered, they gave my husband one for free! Breakfast was great!

The location was convenient, with public transport nearby if one does not intend to drive. The front office and the ladies and Gentlemen of The Ritz-Carlton were approachable and efficient, quick to answer any questions. Our overall stay was amazing.

I travelled to Perth for my 40th bday celebrations and I could not recommend the Ritz more.The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was a memorable one.I had the BEST time.

There is nothing I didn't like.
