The bathroom was spacious and the shower was great. My room was very quiet and there were absolutely no noises from adjoining rooms or the street below. The aircon worked well and the kitchen facilities were adequate. The wardrobe lacked a set of drawers and there were no USB ports next to the bed. The wifi worked faultlessly and the speed was more than adequate. The staff were pleasant and very helpful. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean and in good repair.

Put some drawers in the wardrobe and some USB ports next to the bed.

Location to kings park and Perth city great .. pool and gym great. Staff wonderful.

Loud music first night from business Christmas party next door .. but staff did their best making noise complaints

10 min walk to city, staff were very helpful , facilities were great.

Gym/pool were great and loved the kitchenette

Sheets were made up every day but not changed (we were there a week)

Clean and comfortable, in a good location for the CBD and Kings Park. Great shower.

I would have liked more table and seating space at which to eat our meals which we prepared in the small kitchenette.

The room was nice and roomy and clean and the bed was large.

The pool was too shallow for swimming, it is opposite a large 4G tower and the mattress needed replacing.

The pool area was big and spacious, and had a great BBQ area if you wanted to use it. The bed was comfortable, and large, and the room was clean and neat.

It was a little further out of the city than expected. The limited balcony view was obscured by dirty glass.

Clean, comfortable had everything we needed. Wasn't noisy which is unusual for hotels

The pool was amazing. There was no one else in it so my daughter and I had it to ourselves.

Didn’t realise there wasn’t really any good options. Didn’t have enough towels. I had two towels and I had to use them for pool and shower.

Location, all facilities great, quiet, clean

The amenities and facilities within the room, washing machine and dryer, espresso machine. The rooms were small but comfortable for the price.The neighbours smoking on the balcony were annoying but not a hotel issue

The reception staff gave the aire they were more interested in working on their computers than talk or assist me. Rude and abrupt

As the hotel didn’t have a cafe, we would have liked cafes the area that opened over the weekend. Had to catch a bus into centre of town to find any breakfast.

I liked having my own room.Most staff were polite

I was quite shocked and disappointed. The place was disgusting when I arrived late Friday night. Dirty dishes put away in the cupboard, food left from previous people. Kitchen sticky and dirty. No tv remote. Went down Saturday morning to ask for it to be cleaned to be told there's no cleaning services on weekends. I said that's not good enough. They got someone to wash the dirty dishes but nothing else was done, so I went and bought cleaning products and cleaned the room myself. They went into my room and made the bed on multiple occasions when I had specifically said I didn't need that service that day. Everytime I used the washing machine the fuse would blow a few times before making it through a wash cycle.To top it all off I still haven't recieved my bond back. The sebel have washed their hands of it and I'm left dealing with my bank trying to figure out where the hell my money has gone.Very disappointed and let down. Will never stay with any of the sebel hotels again.

Clean comfortable room, good kitchen facilties, for hotel room. Excellent gym equipment. Friendly reception, who on day of check out kept our bags till 6pm and let us have a shower and change before heading to the airport.

There was a loud rattling in the walls throughout the night, some sort of machine that was intermittently making a loud ratting sound causing disturbance to sleep. Also the tea/coffee station was not fully stocked. One small UHT milk in the fridge is not enough for coffee pod coffee but reception gave me another.

Furniture needs to be clean, very dirty especially the lounge! Stuffing rooms, felt like yoy couldn’t breathe properly.Experience very disappointing!!If it wasn’t for the staff, I would have packed up and left the hotel

Great quiet location, easy free transport to city centre, spotlessly clean, great pool, reception staff very helpful

Location, and pool and gym facilities are very good. Great coffee machine which isn't listed in the amenities.

Minor things like no compendium in the rooms, unlike every other hotel in the world, very basic cooking utensils with no cooking spoon. Big wardrobe but no drawers to unpack clothes. Safe locked.
