I wish they had bottles of water included in the room.

We liked everything! The front desk staff were very nice and accommodating. The place was gorgeous! From the staff’s unique uniforms to the quality bose speakers inside the rooms from the black robes to the extremely comfortable beds, my friend and I felt the love in the details…

We loved the modern vibe of the room decor. The rooftop bar gave a fantastic view of the city and sunset. Then dinner in restaurant was delicious and service was excellent!

Tv didn’t work.

It was easy to book a room as we were there for our friends wedding. I was in the wedding party and really required flexibility with the front desk to take our bags on arrival with the bride. My partner easily checked in earlier so he could get changed and be ready for the reception. This service matters, as it would have been so inconvenient / awful , if we don’t have access before the ceremony. The bride and groom had been very impressed with the process leading up to the event and it was clear why they were so happy :-)

The access of random patrons from the street to the private function area. There had been some drama that night, which the hotel handled really well, especially as we didn’t know at the time. We really really appreciate th ‘bouncer’ presence , after the incident with the men and face covers, allegedly attempting to steal the wishing well. The bouncer was friendly, perfectly large in stature and took note of who was a guest and who was not.

Lovely room. Great location. Much better experience this time.

Price point is high but overall a good option for central location.

The only thing would be maybe parking.

Wish there were milk capsules for coffee, and maybe hot chocolate capsules for the Nespresso machine

The vibe at this hotel is great a bit like a jazz club feel. Rooms are lovely, roof top bar is great and food in the restaurant is excellent.

The lighting in the bathroom isn’t the best when applying makeup. It would help if they supplied a make up mirror

Stunning interior, great mood lighting, big enough bath for two. We absolutely loved staying here and will definitely do so again!

Beautifully appointed room, staff so helpful, excellent service. Fantastic location in city centre. The rooftop bar was a great place to unwind. Room was immaculately clean.

Everything! Such a beautiful hotel, the room was so comfortable and stunning, massive bathtub, ultra comfy bed and pillows. The service is really good, everyone is super friendly and helpful. Also really nice bar on the rooftop! Great location too

The lobby area seems small and the cafe wasn’t open

Location was great. Roof top bar was ok but overpriced. Bathroom was pretty cool with a twin shower, but no door on the loo. View was good. Bed was comfortable.

Lobby was large but lifeless. Uniforms were hmmmm.......

Excellent location. Staff were very pleasant, especially Amol. Amol was very helpful. Room was clean and housekeeping hours were good. Room service was good.

Luxe finishings, super close to shopping & restaurants & bars. Staff were really friendly & room was spacious with luxury amenities.

Aircon wasn't that cool, there was no space in the fridge to keep my bottle water cold (assuming they want you to buy the water in the mini bar instead). Only little things though.

The bathrooms were very classy and the bed was so comfortable. Late night room service from 10pm-6am was super convenient too

The hotel is located right in the center of the city, making it extremely easy to get around. We stayed at Deluxe King Room. The room was stylish and fancy, and having double sinks (dual vanities) and a bathtub was a huge plus.They provided a high-quality crib for my 9-month-old baby, which was sturdy and secure.
