The apartment was new and well fitted out

Property is in a great location and the bed and room are always comfy and welcoming. Staff are always friendly too.

Bathroom was extremely dirty, mould all over the drain area, grout etc. was also smelly.

aircon needs to be cleaned , turned it on and the whole apartment smelt like cigarette smoke . we could not use the aircon as the smell was so bad , had to open the windows and door to try and get the smell out . Also found a cigarette butt under the bed . clearly there were smokers in the room before .

Room was nice and spacious. Staff were all friendly and professional.

We were booked into a disability accessible unit. The shower only has a curtain. And it doesn’t go all the way to the floor resulting in the bathroom floor being soaked all the time. Definitely not safe especially not for a disabled person. The curtain also sticks to your body when you’re in the shower.

Good location for seeing all of Perth, city and beaches. Good parking well equipped apartment.

Bin not empties on arrival a/c issues which were resolved.

Self-sufficient apartment with everything you need. Close to restaurants and not far from the city centre. Quiet and very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The hotel was central

The rooms were quite dirty, the cleaning staff unprofessional in many ways. I would not choose that hotel again

Requirement for a significant security deposit although it was refunded promptly.

Nice, clean, comfortable. However there was a cockroach in the bathroom.

Great location just across from Ikea. Roomy and comfortable with really good bed. Easy access and fabulous food outlets close by. Just 5 mins from the Osborne Park hospital. Japanese food across the road is amazing. Also great restaurant close by with wonderful food.

Got caught in the security car park as left early and deposited the key cards in the box inside the building. Check for the code to get out if leaving early. Other than that it was a fabulous stay.

The vicinity make both Perth and Fremantle in close proximity to the accommodation. Shopping centres are located across the highway no more than 5 minutes drive or a nice 10 minute walk. We like that there was onsite laundry and parking facilities. There was a designated area for delivery of your Uber eats or similar at the front entrance to the accommodation. We had a balcony with a view of the internal gardens which was nice. No restaurant on site. Walk around the building to get a feed at the tavern style restaurant. Good selection reasonably priced. Friendly staff. Big serves - did takeaway dessert for later.

At the time of our stay there was major construction occurring in the area adjacent. Upgrades to the train station or bus depot. This will be convenient once completed for getting to the city without using a vehicle. Although secure parking is available on site access to the parking is limited and the structure is tight. If you have a larger vehicle you may have issues squeezing into the car bays. There is no on-site restaurant.

A great central location if you prefer to be out of the city. Quick bus to the beach. Quick walk to the train. If you're budget conscious, it's great being next to Ikea for their cheap meals!

The sofa in the apartment wasn't very comfortable but everything else was great.

Hair conditioner was empty, Hair dryer needs to be replaced. One if the bath towel has weird smell.

Clean.

WiFi didn’t work. Location to far from city and social precinct Daily service lacked attention to detail - staff did half the job. Ie took wet towels away but did not replace them. Did not replace soaps.
