- Nice facilities and staff but...
- Great view, comfortable bed and spacious room.
- nice pool
Cons -
- Checked into the first room which I was disappointed in as it was nothing like the photos. This was quickly resolved and given another room. The new room had problems with the lock which we then had to move again. We were offered an upgrade but I originally wanted and paid for a river view which the new room didn’t have so we had to move for the fourth time in one night. This was our first night staying at crown towers and for our anniversary this made it quite a stressful stay.
- Cockroach in the room, no free water for kettle, ridiculously expensive mini bar and room service.
- The design of the room meant the TV was positioned almost at a right angle from lying in the bed so it could strain your neck after a while watching it. The TV specifically blocked the use of external devices/chrome casting trying to force you to pay inflated costs for movies which is incredible given the massive prices you pay to stay at the Towers. Finally we ordered a fried rice in room service which in the description did not mention any spice or chillies. My partner couldn't eat it. I'm extremely tolerant of spice and tried it and it was burning my lips incredibly - clearly an error in cooking. When I reported it, the staff member at room service argued me about it trying to explain how fried rice is always meant to be that spicy.

Rooms were great.
Buffet quality was poor. Staff at buffet were not friendly.
room was ready on check in as i requested an early check in beds are really comfy pillow a little softThe view we had from our room was amazing overlooking perth city
Staff were lovely & very efficient.
A cockroach ran across my chair at breakfast in the Epicurean. The check-in lady said housekeeping would deliver a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine as we were celebrating our 50th Wedding Anniversary...... it never arrived.
Pool area and Nobu restaurant
Didn’t like our view and when I booked was not give the option to choose which side of the building. Our room was also missing things like coffee cups, glasses and had to phone three times to get someone to bring them up to have a coffee
The hotel was conviently located close to the Casino, Convention Center, bars, and restaurants. The staff were friendly and accomodating.
Some things were a bit expensive and I was not happy with their car service. Also, we stayed on the side with no view... I would recommend asking for a room with a view of the swan river or overlooking the pools.
Pleasant
The room service food was not good I did call them and let them know. But still charged for a steak sandwich that I couldn’t eat
The views and the nice room
Tablet wasn’t available and the tv wasn’t working properly
The pool area, the beds and the ensuite were excellent.
We were put in a corner suite on level 2 with no river views at all. Staying for my 50th bday and it being our first time I really hoped to have that experience. On top of that the blinds were faulty and the left side wouldnt close. Also the electric socket on the right side of the bed closest to the window did not work.
The property overall was good, swimming pool was good, service nice
The room number 229 wasn’t clean enough. The bed was too uncomfortable, I haven’t slept the whole night and got up with a very sore back
Bathroom was nice as well as location and walking to the casino but there were used cotton tips in the boxed packets. Even the boxes were opened. Feel like for the price we paid there could have been more extras included.

It was clean, comfortable and everyone was so nice
The aircon didn't work much
Crystal Club staff and housekeeping were very good,
Found other staff throughout the complex quite rude and unprofessional. Casino is grubby, bars are scruffy, staff unprofessional and incompetent at times
Absolutely everything, this was our first stay here and very impressed. Room was magic, bed n pillows very comfortable. Amenities were perfect and refilled daily.Pool and poolside service top notch.
Have zero issues to complain about, we will definitely return!
Layout of the room. Lobby was relaxing to wait in.
Long walk to Casino n back after night out.
Breakfast was delicious.
Parked underneath. It was very expensive
Pool was beautiful and the poolside lunch was so nice. Took quite longtime to receive my lunch but that’s ok. The bed in my room was so luxurious and unbelievably comfortable. Had a lovely relaxing bath and could watch tv in the bath and that was nice. The shower was also awesome. It was just so lovely and relaxing and the food was beautiful. It was just the most perfect stayever. Looking forward to returning. All the staff went above and beyond.
Loved the view, the staff and how comfortable it all was. Breakfast on room service was great, coffee was perfect!
Had to wait for our room to be ready. However, the staff took care of our luggage and gave us some drinks vouchers and then they sent sparkling wine to the room, one we got into it, which was much appreciated and worth having to wait
