New, neat and clean, secure, well equipped good sized rooms big fridge, washing machine and cloths dryer, nice informative staff, great public transport out front into the city centre in 4 minutes, minutes walk to Hyatt, Sheraton Hotels and restaurants

Has no breakfast provided on site although available outside across the road. Understandable as it is an apartment not a hotel.

The photos definitely make the rooms look fresher than they are in reality - very dated and run down, dirty feeling, sadly.

Good location, good service for family.

Parking is very small.

Great stay as it has become a home away from home stay each month for work.Staff are exceptional with their help, support and customer services, always checking if there is an free upgrade upon my arrival which is totally unexpected but I am most grateful for all of their efforts.

First and Last visit

Is a very transactional hotel, especially from the front desk. Doesn't feel welcoming but just gets the process complete and done with. We travelled with two toddlers and stayed for 3 nights. We had a late flight out hence requested for a slightly late check-out. Day 1 upon check-in, we asked for late checkout on the last day, but the front desk simply ask us to request on the last day itself. Day 2 - we put up the same request just so we can plan our route accordingly, still the same response. Last day, 8am, we called the front desk, guess what, within the split seconds, the front desk without checking thru the system just said " today is the weekend and we have limited house keeping resources, so NO, you cannot request for late check-out". I believe the outcome can be better managed if they let us know when our check-out date is weekend and is a definite no. It allows us, as travellers, to better manage our timing and day plan. in the end, they had kindly "extended" by an hour. Will I revisit the Quest branch across the region in the future? Thanks but NO thanks.

Rooms were nice and good shower.

Top bar was expensive and only served pizza, beds only average, was a drama with check in. Streaming through TV didn't work. front office offered no help with getting around when asked, eg :the free busses.

Convenient location; secure parking providing at additional cost; apartment met my requirements and had reasonable sea views and was quiet as requested;

We checked in to our accommodation, received apartment keys and upon opening the door, found it was occupied by someone else; the Apartment not serviced due to public holidays; oven not clean; front load washing machine smelt, had grime around the door rubber and needed a hygienic wash cycle.

Paying for parking and seems to be alot of outside noises in hallways and next door rooms need more soundproofing

There was a slight misunderstanding about obtaining linen for my son to sleep on the sofa bed; however, this was quickly rectified.

Great location and clean and tidy room. Was happy to give us a late check out which was great.

Very comfortable beds and good size shower with good water pressure. Nice views down to Swan River. Loved Folly’s rooftop bar and restaurant…special thanks to Anthony and his wonderful chef! Great to be able to walk to the waterfront, Stella’s Coffee House and supermarket.

Reception staff warmly welcomed and always greeted. Rooms was spacious and clean.Fridge large enough to store basic items Centrally located, quiet. Easy access to public transport (bus stops are literally in front of hotel as well across the road.

Rooftop bar was awesome addition to a comfortable stay

The hotel was fantastic. Centrally located, within walking distance to everything. Great restaurant and super balcony to sit out on.

Two bed two bath appartment was terrific. Great rooftop bar. Wonderful staff.
